The wife has just over 2 rai but it is subdivided into 5 lots with the house on one. Will be interesting as to how they treat the vacant lots. Hopefully the fruit trees and vegetables will classify them as agricultural land even though they are not an economic proposition.

You can search the land on this map and doubleklick on it. Then you will get detailed infos for this lot.

And you can translate it with google translate.

What they dont mention is that she made a case about land similar to her land that was owned by the mother of Thanathorn the leader of future forward. I hope they will handle both cases equally.

I like Thanathorn but i would love to see them BOTH lose those lands as they were never ment for rich people but for poor farmers.

I think its great that she now gets back what she dished out.

I think the problem is that the poor people who got the land at first, sold it to pay their debts. But right, it's still public land. This will be same everywhere in Thailand.

i am truly shocked at the overreaction of all of these so called animal lovers, knowing that the majority of them enjoy chowing down on a bacon sandwich. ????

The different is how they been treated but it looks like people like you are so bloody cold that they don't see the different.

That's why I hope there's a second life and you'll be treated like one of those dogs.

Forget the house, its hers you can't get nothing....welcome to the club of ripped off foreigners...file a police report about the stolen car, three month window, after that is a civil offence...yet another example of thievery here by someone's different tirak

BS!!! With a good lawyer him can get the money full back if him can show that the house was bought with his money what him had before the marriage. If the lawyer is not good him can do a divore and get 50% of the house!!!

  5. One thing I have to say: "If I had the choice between death penalty / life imprisonment or escape, I would certainly break out and escape."

Another point is: "With the right connections to a good pass counterfeiters (who maybe is also a visa agent, or is befriended with one ...) you can get a first class & uptodate passport from a real person who look similar to you."

If you would watch the videos and read the articles you would find out, that in most cases the bouncers were attacked.

And maybe this was the same here!!! Maybe not!!! No one of us saw what was real happen. The video was cut exactly for show us only this part. ????

Did his family sent the video to the police /court????

I think also that his family never sent a lawyer to the police and court to deal with the case. Maybe the police and court still to now never know him died. The newspaper told nothing about it.

So how the court can deal with it? To much open questions and no answers.

Is the writer of this piece not aware that the Hell's Angles are not an "...Australian biker gang..." but are an organisation that originated in the U.S.A.?  The gangs in other countries are affiliated and each consists of Chapters, as they are in the States.

The writer know this but the most HA who got in trouble in thailand are from australia!!!

I have never gotten into a GRAB car that did not have seat belts in the back for my family.

I have never been told by a GRAB car that they won't take me where I want to go.

I have almost never been in a GRAB car that tailgated the cars in front.

I don't have to worry about getting change from a GRAB.

I don't have to worry about getting blown up from an LG tank in the back of a GRAB.

I could probably think of a few more.

Anyone else?  F the Taxis.  Many of them are decent, but too many are not.

But I had a grab driver who looked more to his mobilephone as to the street. This changed first after I complained!!!

... and another criminal who doesn't even think about looking before leaving!

    R.I.P. Grandma!

Criminal??? How do you know he's a criminal? Did him steal something that you call him that?

It may also be that it was the grandmother's fault, because she does not look!!! I see it every day that people do not give a damn if they see a car drive back and get in the way.

In most countries, this is the fault of pedestrians, who go stupidly and without looking in the direction of a moving vehicle.
