Priorities, that why the have all these special tourist courts to process cases involving foreigners.
Hahaha ...., I think the "Special Tourists Court" was only a april fool. After they reported it to the press, I never have listen something about it again.

Interesting to see how fast they bring farangs to court about murder. But Thais who kill farangs still ran around free and no investigation. The Thais who killed the german some years ago still never brought to court!!! Unbelievable!!!

Looks like the most use domestos bleach spray.
It's not my thing!!! -
The biggest problem here in Thailand is that the police not have a database of all criminals and their offences. Otherwise it were easy to check the name and the records of this person.
And things like this are handled more civilian.

...this picture...are these idiots serious?
Isn't that the same measure, that proved so "effective" in the 2011/2012 flooding?
Wasn't the Yingluk - government (rightfully) chastised for this moronic BS?
...and why isn't happy hour starting yet- I need to knock myself out!
No!!! The big flood start in the beginning of July. At this time Abhisit Vejjajiva was in power!!!
Jinluck only got all the shit what his government can't fix. -

Do you think the police in my mate's case are chancing their arm to see if he'll pay up regardless of the amount? Or should he seek legal advice?
No, him should take a reporter and the insurance agent with to the police. I am sure they change their minds very fast. If this not help I would tell they go to court. The police not have the right to tell that him have to pay. Point!!! Only a judge can rule this out.

I said Lazada does not accept international CREDIT CARDS. Please learn how to read before writing, especially when you know nothing.
I don't know why they not accept your cc card, but my european Visa card is full accepted. -
What this has todo with teaching 190 kids the day? If this were important all schools in Thailand must be closed because 99,9999% of teachers have debts of up to some million baht. And can't pay it back.

How do you feel about illegals in your home country?
Because that is what clearly said in your post.
" I am sure a lot of them earn not enough for their visa requirements. "
Illegal? What a stupid comment!!! Did your phantasy gone wild?
I think for tell something like this you must know the full background of this people.
Maybe they have also a small renting income from the flat/house what they rent out in their home country.
Or a disabled pension but they want still work ...
Or their kids earn enough and give they the needed money .....
It give a lot of things more what YOU must to know before you can say someone is illegal in this country!!!

For anybody to be living like that( hand to mouth) must be hell.
Surely nobody (farang) living here is that desperate.
I am sure a lot of people living here has this problem. They not get pension and MUST work. Their savings what they had years ago before they come to Thailand are gone and now ..... they need money to live here longer.
What do you think how much the most farang teachers earn? I am sure a lot of them earn not enough for their visa requirements.

Looks like no one want to see the problem what some people have because they must pay their own bills on the first and not on the 2. or 3. day of the month. If you not get your salary on the the 1. you will have a problem. ?

Don't listen to all this comments. The most of they never gone to court or had similar problems and tried to get their money back. The consumer protection here is not so bad as they tell.

I see that one well meaning poster suggested feeding milk. Please don’t feed your dog milk!
Dogs the age of yours are usually lactose intolerant and so GI upsets (diarrhea and flatulence) will almost inevitably occur, usually within 12 hours. More seriously they may also develop pancreatitis if they eat high fat dairy products.
Will dogs eat milk if you give it to them? Yes most likely. But trust me, it is not good for them.
This is BS!!! It's same with humans. Some can drink milk, some not!!! Who tell you this nonsens.
Just google for it before you tell more nonsens!!!
"Some dogs have no problems digesting milk and dairy products. Yet others experience acute intestinal distress — like gas, diarrhea or vomiting — whenever they consume these kinds of foods. It all comes down to how your dog handles a specific nutrient found in milk — a nutrient known as lactose."Nothing more to say!!! And if a dog can't take it you will see it fast!!!

Quite correct, but goods bought from Lazada will not get intercepted at customs like they might from Ebay or Amazon.
Because Lazada (Owner Alibaba) has a Tax Agreement Deal with Thailand.

Something like this: http://www.mybycat.com/en/PrePay.php?package=90_my-เน็ตเพลิน-4-Mbps-&-1-Mbps -

Don't understand.. ?? If you look at https://www.lazada.co.th/android-tv-box/?location=local = LOCAL = Thailand only = 7 pages of them.............
Just 1 of many that state Kodi Media https://www.lazada.co.th/products/t95z-plus-android-71-4k-ram-2gb-rom-16gb-octa-core-8-64bit-wifi-24g5gbluetooth-amlogic-s912-i111796230-s114339662.html?spm=a2o4m.searchlistbrand.list.1.336d7233OKNTDM&search=1
Also other Thai retails sites selling them + with Kodi installed......... so maybe was just the shop/retailer the OP went to ?
And not Lazada sell them. A lot of shops sell them on the Lazada website. Lazada is just a market like Amazon or Ebay.

I'm sure you know already but just a reminder nevertheless that voice raising isn't favored in Thailand.
Good luck with your dilemma.
If you saw how higher people talk to the normal folk when they are angry you will change your comment because it's not true. Also to look some of the stupid tv shows will change your mind.
Is 36k baht too much to pay for a new desktop
