??? I'm talking about the stupid alcohol selling times: 11:00am-02:00pm & 05:00pm-12:00pm.

But I know a lot of countries where you can buy alcohol 24h. Almost in hole EU. Also it gives bars which open when other close, specialy in tourist cities or big cities like Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Barcelona, ...

In the most tourist cities/islands in europe pubs & discothecs are open to 05:00am or longer. 

When will the stupid law regarding alcohol sales hours be thrown into the trash can? A completely stupid law that no one needs. After all, there is already a law that prohibits the sale of alcohol to people under the age of 21. Show your ID and you're good. When ordering alcohol online, the delivery person can also ask the recipient to show their ID.
 

I hate it to look all the times for the time when we drive weekly to Pattaya for shopping. One person more in your front and it's 02:01 pm at the cashier and you can drive home without a box of beer. And in the local shops they don't have my beer.

I had the same problem yesterday. I empty the cache, deleted Lazada cookies and User/Passwort  from Chrome browser. Logged in again at Lazada and Chrome asked again for save the login, but without user name. This I wrote inside manualy and everything works fine now again. But now I must click on password that my user/password login shows on.

Security and association knows of all my problems and the landlord says he doesn't care about them. Association has been fining him and he hasn't been paying for different violations. I found out before I moved in he was renting it out daily as an airbnb against the association rules.

 

What else can I do about this. My family will be here without me for the next 6 weeks because I need to fly out of country half way around the world. 

Contact the consumer protection office online or if you are in pattaya you can find it in the city hall, northpattayaroad, opposite lotus. they have lawyers who done it free.

What is with the yearly visa extension & 90 days report for Thais with Dual Citizenship if they stay here with the foreign passport?

Yesterday him still was in the country. If the landlord opened a criminal case about stoling furniture and damaging property against the tenant at the policestation, the tenant will be arrested at the airport.

But it can be that the police told the landlord itäs a private matter which is false.

Also a landlord can report it direct to the immigration police too and they give a notice in the computer, ????
The plane will fly without the tenant.

But as a tenant, you have a duty to inform the landlord about the leaking roof. Otherwise, the landlord can sue you for damages.

In my eyes, shutting down Facebook is utter nonsense. It makes much more sense to pass a law that would allow Facebook to be fined heavily for publishing fraudulent ads and thereby aiding and abetting fraud.

And if it costs Zuckerberg a lot of money, he reacts quickly.

We bought 2 years ago a full (hard) latex matress 6ft x 6,5ft, 8 inch high for 6.500 THB incl. shipping. They have a soft variant too.

After that my back problems gone.

It's funny to see what nonsens some people write here. Latex is to warm? I think this people never laid on a latex matress.

The onliest problem is that it is very, very heavy.
