turns out that they are not all that keen on tourists returning after all they seem to be having a hard time understanding what drew tourists to thailand before as long as they keep those things unavailable, the tourists wont be keen on thailand

they have been busting these "parties" and taking in the supposed miscreants for a long time. is there any actual evidence based on the testing of these people that covid is actually being spread in these situations? or is it still just a "the sun moves across the sky, so it must be revolving around the earth" intuitive without any real facts type of hypothesis?

why are you making it an either/or do a crime, make restitution to the victim to "set things right" thai style and go to prison as the punishment for the bad deed

maybe just start with the the police not committing crimes anymore I think cops committing crimes is why people want them off the streets and watching CCTV, AI, and responding to informants. anything that decreases the direct interaction thai people have with their police force has to be seen as an upgrade

I'd like to make a trip back to the US for the holidays, but cant make any plans due to the lack of a firm date that wouldnt require a lengthy isolation stay on my return or going to phuket to leave for a round trip back there to use the sandbox entrance

unfortunately, I missed my last 90-day report deadline, so i have to go do it in person at MTT before I do my visa extension at CW. what would be the best BTS/MRT station to get the shortest taxi ride to MTT? Also, how early should I get there to not be stuck waiting for too long? or is later better to not get stuck in a long queue? thanks for your helpful responses

"If the government’s economic stimulus measures can draw a million foreign experts and those of high economic potential to the country in five years" considering the historical volatility in thailand, especially regarding immigration/visa regulations, corruption, and lack of actual rule of law, why would someone who is an expert on something/high economic potential want to live here? I would think that someone like that would be heading to singapore, if anywhere in SEA
