  1. trained and licensed in the good old usa he has he's own business in hawaii just comes to thailand for short breaks but this time he is here for a while.

He takes care of a lot of MMA fighters in USA.

  2. I went to Napa on friday and the school is very nice i will be taking my daughter there in march she is 2 years 1 month old kids can start learning at any age .

I'm a kindergarten teacher and i sit down with my daughter 10 minutes a day when i get back from work if she is not interested then i just stop.

    Learning starts at home .

I just hang a few posters around the place and when she gets upset i start to sing the abc and point at the pictures and it soon settles her down.

  3. Once you are here a bit longer, I suspect you will find many places to take your Lab, and Winnie gave you some excellent places to start with. Even at the very west end of Suthep Road, you climb up the mountain a tad and there is a lake with a restaurant. If you go across the dam itself, there is a more isolated place on the south side, and you could walk up the road from there for a nice walk. Lots of kids up there in the evenings before they close it.

Op Khan National Park is a real treasure and I have seen many dogs swimming there. A group of us just bicycled there last week and since we were pretty sweaty and stinky, we took in a great swim. Before 11 AM, you could probably have the place all to yourselves as we did. It is a glorious place to swim with muddy but clean water, and current you can make way against if you are a good swimmer. Dogs seem to love the place!

And if you keep going up the hill to the channel 7 station there is a trail on the left hand side that goes about 5 km all the way up to a temple i used to take my dog up there all the time very nice up there in the mornings it feels like an achievement when you get to the top.

  4. Take your time and don't rush find the perfect bike for you that means your going to have to spend a bit more money then that .

the markets are the same prices and the same sellers but you have to know what you are buying except one market they are not priced up and the other one they have to put a price on it .

you can always look on thaivisa or classified bahtsolddotcom i have always got better bikes from there then i ever have got from the markets as they have been owned by farrang and they seem to take care of them better.

  5. Riding around the city is OK but I'm afraid there's a chance you will not finish the loop with those rental bikes. Check the engine, especially brake and tyres because they are not in top condition.

Besides chickens, watch out for dogs, locals on bikes and kids crossing the roads..

    Good Luck!!

    Hi, good information here.

Last night I rented a Honda Click from Tonys big bikes, the fuel tank was only 1/4 full, they wrote 1/2 full on the rental agreement.

I get home, got ready to go out, filled the tank full of petrol and then the accelerator cable broke. This was less than 3 hours after hiring the bike.

I called the office, no reply.

I called their 24 hour mobile number, no reply.

I sent them a text message, no reply.

I sent an email, no reply.

This was all before 8pm at night, so it was not an unreasonable time of the day. What if I had had an accident, or the bike had broken down at the top of Doi Suttep?????

It is the day after now, one hour after their shop is supposed to have opened. STILL NO ANSWER FROM BOTH PHONES, NO REPLY FROM THE TEXT, NO REPLY FROM THE EMAIL.

I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to hire from this shop, forget the British humour and try another shop.

You should check the bike before you leave the shop the petrol is up to you to check .

This is just a case of bad luck .

as to the no reply i'm sure if you went back the next day they would of sorted it out for you it's only one day god whats wrong with people these days .

as for the british humour i'm not even going to go down that road.

  6. i went to the grandview hotel yesterday it's 300 baht for the christmas buffet but you have to book in advance.

but anyhow i have booked into the red mango for this year as last year i went to the tiger tiger and it was awesome it had all the trimmings an english guy needed like yorkshire puddings.

I don't mind paying a little more as long as you get quality and i'm on a thai wage no english pounds left for me.
