Just go to Immigration 30 days before your current extension is to expire Jan 3rd. Then you will get your new extension well in advance before your flight. Don't forget to get a re-entry permission before leaving, or your visa will expire upon leaving.

Without big events like this, there will be no huge brown envelopes distributed.

I have installed the payoneer app on my phone, but I will have to confirm that I own a business, which I don't.  I just need a payment app who will accept me as a foreigner, in order to make payments with a proper buyer protection like PayPal had.

I agree. Theoretically the credit card could be maxed out!

I would rather suggest taxing vacant land plots and land with uninhabited buildings in Bangkok.

Wrong!  It is clearly written in the traffic law, that motorbikes have to drive in the left lane.

The car (SUV) was clearly at fault for making the U-turn from the wrong lane.

I have been fined several times for driving at faster speed in the right lane.
