Am utterly appalled at the reds. They had such sympathy a month and a half ago, now they are just a bunch of criminals working for their master Thaksin to the detriment of the entire nation. Disgusting.

OK. However, I can't understand any civilized person having any sympathy for them at all after Pattaya Asean and Black Songkran.

The only ones that have sympathy for them are the reds themselves - like their fan club here - time for negotiation is over and I hope the government realizes that the only way to win this is to go full out and destroy them once and for all

It never ceases to amaze me how farangs on thaivisa seem to think they know best about thailand and how to deal with thailands problems.

What is also very funny is that i have scoured the thai tv channels to seem some live coverage and all i can find is thai soaps and other nonsense things...yet thaivisa has thousands of high intelligent members going crazy about others people problems..If you are a farang with a thai passport then fair enough..its your problem as well you fellow country mens.

Just read a post from a guy saying you have to pay 500 baht if you leave and re enter thailand the same day.

I have had this experience several times when going to poipet cambodia..You get a load of cambodians that tell you that you have to pay 500 to the police.

i once rented a place in suk soi 93..5 years ago 4000 baht a month..decent room too..got the electric bill for a month 6500 baht..wanke_rs.

Residential is cheap as chips u can run a/c for 12 hours a night for 20 baht.

i took my daughter to the uk when she was 2.5 years old until she was 3..i worked and she stayed with my mother..she is now fluent in english with a english accent..now all she has to do is learn thai from school which is obviously going to happen surely

The only thing is now i feel sorry for her cus she cant understand the kids around her as her brain works in english.

However i notice her english accent is starting to turn into a thai accent please nooooooo

Surely her mother will teach her Thai?

Don't worry about it though - I know a couple of Thais who went to America when they were a bit older (for the education) and they now speak with an American accent!

Being so young its unavoidable that she will speak English with a Thai accent.

mind you she has only just started kg1 over here at 3 and can already do the ABC and thai equivalent gor gai or something like that..Your right they learn fast and its amazing how good kids memories are at such a young age.
