They know how much land is being sold in that area.

I think most properties are overpriced.

Has anybody had any experience with the bank's appraisal being lower than the selling price?

Does anybody know what criteria Thai banks use for their appraisals and are there any websites i can get any baseline info from?

It looks like it has been written by a non native speaker. I don't believe it.

I have a job offer in Thailand and the school is expecting me to pay for flights, quarantine, insurance, and tests.

I keep getting emails asking what date i will arrive!

Hard drives have a life span, so It gives a good indication of its condition. I believe the WD passport has a 3 year limited warranty.

I am in Saudi and the it department is saying that:

However, most people need a VPN to access banks and use online calling services.

We have been informed not to use a VPN to connect to our accommodation WiFi. My question is, can the IT department use router logs to determine who is still connecting via VPN or is the user anonymous?
