All you have to sell is a 17 year lease to a piece of land with a house on that you built. Get a lawyer and have a contract drawn up to sell the lease. Then give the developer 10%.

If the appraisal is lower than the selling price, then obviously the property is overpriced.
Banks look at what similar properties in the same area/building have been sold recently.
They know how much land is being sold in that area.
I think most properties are overpriced.
Here is a good link that gives you the government's appraisal value for land. You have to input the chanote number to use it.

For the average English teacher @35k a month, they would have to pay 60k+ to meet all requirements and also complete the visa paperwork before they even get to thailand. I cant wait to see how this plays out...
Flights, insurance, quarantine, tests, will cost over 120,000 thb.

Thanks for the reply.
I am in Saudi and the it department is saying that:
"We would like to note that the IT receives notifications regarding information security due to the presence of Internet users who use Virtual private network (VPN) platforms to open blocked websites, This breach causes the transfer of insecure content to the network in the accommodation, as it is considered an electronic crime, and the violator of these prohibited sites in any way was responsible for him."
However, most people need a VPN to access banks and use online calling services.

We have been informed not to use a VPN to connect to our accommodation WiFi. My question is, can the IT department use router logs to determine who is still connecting via VPN or is the user anonymous?
