Maybe in Thailand , but not in the states. It use to be that way but since they flooded the market a few years ago people are losing there arse trying to sell them. I have a buddy who has a ultra glide classic. he paid $21900.00 U.S. He added around $7000.00 of extras to it over a couple of years. He has been trying to sell it for 2 years and the best offer he has so far is $14900.00. All the used bike magazines are fill with more Harleys for sale than any other bikes. To many yuppies bought the Harleys to be cool and when the fad wore off the are selling them. Markets flooded.

I love the looks and sounds of the Harleys, but when I can buy 3 Kawaski Vulcan classics for the price of 1 Harley. To me it a no brainer. But that being said if the day ever comes when money does not mean as much I would love to by a FATBOY.

I do hope your beloved Steelers are competitive this year in the big games they will have coming up. They can make the AFC more than just a two horse race as that is what it looks like the NFC is becoming.

Oh I saw the game. If you take off your rose color glasses you would have seen that the Pats beat the boys like a red headed step child. I am not taking anything away from the boys, as they played the Pats better than anyone else has so far this year. What would they say in Texas? Beat,em like a rented mule!

If Greenbay can find somekind of running game the boys season would all but be over.(except the crying)

If any defense has a shot at stopping Brady and the boys , I think it would be the BLITZBURGH defense. All the blitz packages give the QB's a hard time.

After traveling back and forth to LOS for @ 12 years My wife and I have only had one incident. She brought back plastic friut which they thought were real after going through the x-ray machines. There was a look of dissapointment on there face after they realized were plastic.

I have not been to Phuket since 2004 and vowed then never to return. While it is one of the most beautiful places on earth the attitude and prices of the place were enough for me to stay away from there. The hawkers actually got pissed off at us for not buying from them. IMHO there is a definate distinction between the good people of Thailand and the people of Phuket.

This attitude they have " You buy from me, no ! <deleted> YOU" is not going to get me to buy the overpriced goods. The same goods you can get a lot cheapier in Bangkok or else where.

It just my opinion, but for me and my family, we will give PHUKET a pass and go to Krabi.

I am sure the people of Phuket could care less but they have seen the last of me.

I've notice in the last 12 years of visiting LOS that there are a lot more heavier people now than ever before. It is far from the norm, but there are defineatly more now. I don't throw stones as I live in a glass house, but thats just my observation.

My wife's cousin has to be over 300 lbs, and female to boot.

I think people are wealthier now than 12 years ago.

I used to snore like a bear with a sore arse!

Then I had a sleep apnea test done and found out that my snoring was waking me up aboout every 45 seconds. Actually I stopped breathing around every 45 seconds. The Doctors gave me a breathing machine to wear at night when I sleep. Now i actually get a full nights sleep and so does my wife. I have so much more energy now also, so my wife still does not get to sleep right away . 5555

I've flown the Thai nonstop flight from LA - Bkk at least 5 or 6 trips. I've always flown PE class since they started using the Airbus. It is well worth the extra money. One time I had an economy class tix, and then upgraded at check-in, the cost was only $200 - one way. But if you do this you are not guaranteed a seat. It's only a bit more when you book at time of purchase.

My recommendation is to purchase tix as far in advance as possible. As the departure time approaches, the prices do go up.

Please check my agent in LA for pricing. I'm almost positive she can beat that price.
