Just got my booster ( Pfizer) last wed at Jetanin hospital in Bangkok which is very close to Chidlom BTS station.
Just download the QueQ app, there's loads of locations but they're all in the Bangkok area, I travelled from Pattaya and had a couple of nights in Bangkok.
Whole process at the hospital took 25 mins and that included the 15 mins they make you wait after you've had the jab.

Just had my inguinal hernia repaired by open surgery on Wednesday at Phyathai hospital in Sriracha.
Cost of surgery was 87600 Baht incl private room and meals ,initial consulation around 1000 Baht and Covid test and pre op check up which includes blood test, X ray and cardiology tests came to 7330 Baht.
Did some research beforehand , average cost here in Pattaya was around 150K, in Bangkok Sikarin hospital do a package for 105,000 Baht which was about the best I found out of all the hospitals I contacted there.
Used Phyathai before for a previous hernia repair back in 2014, cost back then for the surgery was around 72,000 baht.
I think there's a Phyathai hospital in Bangkok but don't know how their prices compare to the one in Sriracha.

I've travelled to most of Thailand's neighbouring countries and their beer is far more superior and they have a lot more variety than here.
Thai beer in my opinion is overpriced and overrated,

Seems they are being given, 3rd shots only, at the Thai PBS building in Bangkok. A bit of a drive for some, but....an option.
You need to register via the QueQ app. I just did and got an appointment for the 21st. Love it. No getting up early, no waiting in line for hours. Very civilized!
I'm in a bit of a hurry as we've got an upcoming trip and need the booster.
Am I right in assuming that they will give me a pfizer booster shot 90 days after you've had your second shot even if your first 2 shots were pfizer? This is how I'm reading this from the Thai PBS vaccination centre.
Many other threads are stating that pfizer booster shots will not be given until six months after your second pfizer shot.
My second pfizer shot was early September.

Is this related to QueQ and the Thai PBS/THG option?
I think it's at the Thai PBS HQ in Bang Khen.

I managed to get an appointment for Feb 13th at THG Thonburi Healthcare Group.
Does anyone know the exact location where they are giving the booster shots?

Thanks yes I eventually worked it out.

Just tried logging in and can't get passed the terms and conditions page, you need to tick the 'I Agree' box to proceed and it won't let me tick that box. Tried it on four different browsers on my laptop.
Anybody else having similar problems ? Anyone have any ideas?

Not last in the queue. Boosters have been available all week at the Sports Center on Chaiyapruek Road. Thai and Foreigners.
Is this walk in or do you need to be registered first ?

I made a claim by phone in August no problem I hope you can still do it by phone. My pension was due in late october but no pension so far. I called them a few weeks ago and the nice lady said my claim should have been done by now so she is going to inform them to hurry it up. I should get a text message from them soon but so far nothing. I will call again at the end of Dec if I am still waiting.
regards

Made my claim by phone on 6th July having deferred it a number of months, I eventually received it on the 3rd of this month and it was back dated to the original claim date.
I did chase it up a couple of times and they did inform me that due to Covid there could be delays of up to 19 weeks.
Took a total of 21 weeks for me,almost 5 months.

Main stage is normally on the beach across from the Central Pattaya Road/Beach Rd intetsection.
Yep all set up this morning and doing a sound check when I walked passed, located on the beach not far from Central.

Applied for mine early July by phone and took around half an hour of questions and still haven't received it. I rang the International Pensions a couple of weeks ago, they told me that processing times could now take up to 19 weeks due to Covid and that they were currently processing claims from April.
Still waiting after 12 weeks.

I wander around central Pattaya daily and see plenty of 7-11s and Family Marts open, granted there's quite a few that have closed but there was that many to begin with that it's not so difficult to find the one's that remain open.

I got bit by a dog here a few years back and needed a course of 4 injections, went to Pattaya City Hospital in Soi Buakhoa as I live nearby and they cleaned the wound and gave me the first jab.
From memory it was about 500 Baht and so were the two subsequent jabs.
I was in Buriram when the last one was due and the only place that had the vaccine was Buriram Hospital,I had to wait about an hour but the shot was only 20 Baht.
I highly doubt you'll find anywhere that's free but if you don't mind waiting then use a state hospital.

25th July after 3 months of these measures. Number of cases = 795
Any explanation as to why these measures have made the situation so much worse?
Weekend visitors from Bangkok no restrictions on travel over Songkran and other public holidays.

Got email from Bangkok Pattaya saying available to book from 1st July, Had a look, all sold out Hmmm
Only had the email an hour ago . . . .I had the exact same e mail and when I clicked on the links for payment the message was 'All Sold Out.'

Walked past this registration place on the Beach Road earlier today, very little activity , the few Thais I saw registering were all young early 20's I would say. Thought they would prioritize older folks first but then again I suppose that's logical.

... possibly an uncomfortable death - with tubes and ventilators
... and very alone - family no doubt prohibited on medical grounds, and nurses in full protective gear - so you're denied even the touch of a kind nurse
... I dare say some terror in the whole process - waiting until an angel comes to take you (or whatever happens at death)
I was in a reasonably positive mood until I read this.

Is the J&J already in the country?
At home they seem to be lagging well behind the UK wrt vaccinations.
Around 7.5 million have been vaccinated here in Thailand to date, yesterday India vaccinated 8 million people in a single day.

Yeah you've got LK Metro, Treetown and now Soi Pothole taking off, it's a sex tourist's paradise, busy most nights now not only weekends. Go outside these area's and it's not too busy.
