This is in Pattaya. The best place still is Benjamit on the edge of the Tuesday-Friday market grounds off Soi Buakhao. It's 140 baht for roasted 100% arabica beans in 250g bag. The beans come from the Chiang Rai area. I buy the Vienna roast. There are more expensive beans.
This is correct. Benjamit has Thai Arabica for 140, their own blends for 200 and 250, and many single origin for 400 baht. All roasted on-site.

Just ordered some milk thistle tablets from Ali express, they were cheaper and larger amount than the iherb brands. Have to see how that works out ..
I've received many orders from AliExpress (no vitamins or supplements though) , no problems whatsoever. I'm interested in what brand of milk thistle you bought. Thanks.
-
I order from iHerb, never once a problem with the under 80 USD threshold.

Most likely, she is hanging up when she sees the number pop up on the screen.

I had an LG G3, you might need a new battery. Same thing happened to me, a new battery solved it. I think they were something like 1500 baht, so I got one from a reputable seller on AliExpress for much less.
Would a new battery do better than 3 hrs use?
I got about 3-4 hours with the new batteries, that's with the brightness at less than 50% auto.

Nonsense, in addition to adding no value to the original question.

Yes, I've used his services before, he's a real craftsman. Honest, reliable, and fairly priced; what else can you ask?

Why not call?

My god people WATER lots of it in
The Hot Weather and a good diet
Should be all you require!!
I don't know the Royal-D product, but I use and recommend an all-natural excellent source of electrolyte, which is coconut water. You definitely don't need to be concerned with daily use of coconut water.
Chaps, you're guessing, listen to Sheryl.
For those who exercise in the Muang Thai, simply glugging water is not enough; in fact, drinking more and more of it without adding electrolytes ends up diluting/flushing out essential minerals... especially the water of our time which is dead and has nothing in it. A healthy, balanced diet should be a given, but in conjunction with balancing those electrolytes. Simply scoffing a banana on a boiling hot, sweaty day is not a good substitute, with your body needing to exert even more energy to digest it. Coconut water is good for electrolytes, but bearing in mind it is a diuretic and also flushes you out so you would need to also drink water at the same time. Been there, done that. The only thing that helped when exercising in the tropics on a regular basis was sea salt in water and the ingestion of these sachets. Have tried most. D-champ is pretty good... it works best after as a replacement as opposed to during or before. Buy boxes in Makro or selected pharmacies to save.
Coconut water has no sodium, that's one of the most important electrolytes. You can also try mineral water, not reverse osmosis water, i find that is better.

There was (last year) one on the southern side of the junction of 3rd road and soi 17, head towards fly bird condo but only 50m from the traffic lights.
I can't recommend as I haven't used them.
They are still there, I use them all the time. The place is called Laundry Express.

There's a pretty new place on Theppraya near La Baguette called Wooden Box. I've not been yet, but several friends all said it's worth a visit. Google "Wooden Box Pattaya" to check what they offer.

The Inspired Editor wrote in the OP: "To put it in perspective, it won’t be a great deal different to Central Festival." As another poster said, T21 is nothing like Central.

Natural causes or drugs. Unlikely to be foul play
Another non-story
Real quality post! You must have a real miserable and lonely existence to throw that kind of nonsense up on a public board. You are to be pitied, nothing more.
RIP to the young man. He was someone's son..

I give the crown to Porky's next to the Jomtien 2nd Rd market.
True, the coffee at this place is good.

Good info, PocoLoco. Thank you.

Doing a google search is like going to the library and pulling books off the shelves at random. Potentially fruitful if you know which books to look for (who in this thread knows about Google Scholar?), but next to worthless if you don't or if you lack the capacity to critically evaluate the veracity of the information you find.
You might get some valid, relevant information, but you'll most likely get 99% crap and a lot of random strangers with worthless advice like "If man made it don't eat it". Then there are sites like Mercola and Natural "news", which are the intellectual equivalent of stepping on a land mine. Not only will you get bad advice, but you might even lose a leg in the process.
And what if the OP wanted to have an actual discussion about the subject at hand? Seems to me the ideal place would be a discussion forum.
Agreed, however my comment was directed at a particular passage that was in question, not a general search.

If you're looking for a battle of wits or smart arse comments, be my guest. I have little doubt that if all you can offer is exhibited by your comments so far, you are completely unarmed for any battle, be it physical or mentally.
It seems you are the one unarmed. Proper grammar is "be it physical or mental", not "mentally".
As for my other comment, it most certainly was helpful. Had you known how to conduct a Google search, you wouldn't have asked the question. I'm happy to have helped you.

Another question. Anyone know about a school that needs teacher's? Fluent in English and Chinese.
"Teacher's" or "Teachers"? You might want to edit that.

Fruits that are cut and stored in the refrigerator lose from 10 to 25 percent of vitamin C in about five or six days. Cut vegetables retain their vitamin C content longer than cut fruit. According to the United States Food and Drug Administration, cut or peeled vegetables will lose about half their vitamin C content in one to two weeks.
The nutrient that suffers the most is probably vitamin C, although some vitamin A and vitamin E gets lost as well. All these nutrients serve as antioxidants. You may have noticed vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and vitamin E (tocopherol) are often used as food preservatives. But once you break through the protective coverings, the flesh inside is exposed to air. The oxygen reduces the antioxidant vitamins.
Most other nutrients, including minerals, B-complex vitamins, and fiber aren't lost after cutting or peeling the fruits and vegetables. So, even if you have to cut your fruits an veggies ahead of time, they'll still be good for you.
Bantex, you the man... or you the woman.... whichever the case maybe.
Exactly what I was looking for. You able to let me know a site, sites, that I might be able to learn a bit more on this topic ?
Many thanks..... Mal.
NB Lumbini & kicking, not a mention of man made, processed food.
Again I ask you to think, just a little bit. Here's the site quoted, http://nutrition.about.com/od/askyournutritionist/f/cutveg.htm
A little trick for you Mal, in the future, would be to copy and paste some of the text you are wondering about into a Google search. It's easy.

If man made it don't eat it [emoji87]
Thanks for nothing.
Maybe try to think a little bit here, just a little? What Lumbini is saying is avoid processed food. What's wrong with that?
-
Yeah.... I did. I was trying to tell you in a very polite way that it is bull shit. The body cannot absorb super doses of vitamins at once.I don't understand how this would work. You can only absorb so many vitamins at a time. That is why your pee turns bright yellow after taking a vitamin supplement. Your body is already getting rid of the excess. I don't see how what you mention would be any different.
Google it and you will be illuminated!
Two time Nobel prize winner, Linus Pauling, disagreed with your opinion.

I use this intersection everyday. It is much safer now than before. Lots of complaining about Thai drivers, but many foreigners here are just as dangerous if not more.

Went to coffee war just after it opened - coffee not so good - but it looks like got their act together in the photos above ?
Why anyone goes to starbucks beats me I also don't rate coffee bean at Mikes - way too watery and milky. And I don't like it tooo strong.
Best coffee for me round these parts is in Homeworks coffee shop near the South Big c on Sukh. Note, like the road sign I put c in lower case.
Gafae next to Tuk Com is another good coffee shop. Coffee Club is OK and also Pastrami and Rye in Jomtien...... for all my local advertising can the money be sent via TV to my PayPal account please .......
You forgot to add Benjamit to that list, best coffee in Pattaya if you ask all the expats lining up in queue every day .
Gafae uses beans from Benjamit.
High Quality Whole Coffee Beans

Complete nonsense, there's no reason to look to BKK. I'm convinced that you know nothing about coffee. You argued before about this shop when you tried to tell everyone they imported already-roasted beans. That was 100% false. You don't know about coffee, please stick to your food posts.
