  1. My condolences to those who have died.My condolences to their families. My condolences to the business people who are no longer in business. My condolences to the Thai reputation as a happy friendly place to come that has been callously killed by the display at hand.

Sadness fills my heart as I see and hear.

All are being damaged by this.It is not longer a Red/Yellow fight. It is no longer a poor vs rich fight. It is not about winning anymore.

It is about what is right and what is wrong.Where has the humanity gone?...................

     ..................................

    Humanity  HA !

    Read some history :)

  2. "TAN Network: TAN_Network red-shirt stage asking those with AB type blood to go to Huachiew to donate blood for Seh Daeng"

Now that's good forward thinking military planning for you. :)

Why didn't someone think of saving a few pints of blood instead of throwing it away at that Voodoo ceremony? Duuhhhh!

Or better yet give SD some of those amulets to protect him... It's a bit late now though...

    MrJ.

How about some pigs blood ..?

  3. Question is will Mr Abhisit have the balls to admit he ordered killing?

I doubt it bloody yellow skirt! yellow belly.

Probably try and fob it off on someone else.

So I assume with your vitriol and accusations that you have evidence of any sort whatsoever that Abhisit ordered the killing of Seh Daeng.

How very stupid! Who else do you think is responsible for this Somchai from the 7/11 down the road? Grow up man.

With the attached avatar your impolite and ignorant post ridicules yourself

Have respect for the Dalai Lama

PS; A man, by definition is already grown up.

    ( How very stupid ! )

  4. He got shot in the head, I don't think we are going to hear much more from him.

But nonetheless, the media don't do themselves any favours by claiming he's dead and 5 minutes later changing the statement.

A stopped clock is right twice a day, I guess.

Wasn't it the police that confirmed him dead, then the hospital came out and said he was still alive?

That was in Elvis' case, and the nose of michael jackson

Also Chevy Chase on Saturday Night Live reporting for months that Spain's Generalissimo Franco, during a suspiciously overly-long illness was still dead ..until it was finally admitted  ....!

However Elvis  is still alive.  I saw him in Villa last month.

M J's nose is definitely dead

  5. Never understud why US always put his nose in other countries affairs. US allways like to control everything. This must have a end! It's not their problem. I'm Swiss and if Swizterland would have a conflict with Italy tommorrow (just for example), than it's not the USA's Problem either.

It helps sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't. As an American, I support it when it helps. It remains to be seen whether this will help or not. You're Swiss? Big surprise. BTW, if the Nazis had won the war, would the Swiss still be neutral?

    No Doubt about it.

The Germans could have rolled through Switzerland anytime with ease but they didn't ..why ?

    It was the Bank !

    Everybody's bank !

So hands off and neutral so everyone can continue their dirty business  ..as they still do.

  7. It is not her.

It is the red hiding behind women and children.

We saw it on the barricade.

you only see what you are told to see. many asians are brought up like this and don't know freedom of expression and of thought.

this is why many stay with government because they know only to obey government abhisit and pad

it is just different culture that you and us have.

google it instead of flame me

    Don't have to Google it

    You're the embodiment of it

    .

    No flame intended

  8. I am with you on this one. I have thought Christiane Amanpour is an appallingly bad journalist for some time now, and her interview with Abhisit proved it. CNN is a pathetic excuse for a news network (though not as awful as FOX). Everything on seems to be more about their celebrity journalists than the actual news.

They should organize a live conference with Larry King, at least he knows how to ask tough questions.

    1. Fox News is only 5 mins of news and 23 hrs and 55 mins of 'opinion' (give or take a few mins). Celebrity journalists can build 'ratings' and ratings are ad revenue that's what it's about !

It's not about news hence my term Childrens Network News. It's puerile drivel, Ted Turner started it with pure intentions but now that it's owned by Warner it's a dumbed down profit center.

    2. The decrepit, cadaverous, hunchback Larry King is a male Baba Walters and his 'tough questions' now are....

"Are you still on the line Arkansas ? " :)

  9.

A question for you.... If Abhisit is legally the PM why does the worlds media doubt it?In every article or interview with Abhisit it is raised as an issue. When he is asked about it he looks very uncomfortable. Are the world's media all wrong and you and the Nation right?

Abhisit truthfully and ..smoothly answered that question of coalition today to the appalling Christiane Amanapour on CNN ( Childrens Network News).

This red herring has been thrown to ..and swallowed by the duped proletariat and their 'Fallow' travellers here on ThaiVisa as crude misdirection which is repeatedly regurgitated ad nauseum.

I can't expect better from the average ThaiVisa post'er whilst they still tout this laughable tired canard they are failing woefully to get their game up.

    Abhisit by a landslide !

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha  :)

  10. I see crowds of reds almost daily (outside Bankok) and have never been threatened or felt in any danger. Of course if you just hate flag waving

mulam music and the smell of fermented fish.....you would probably feel terrorized. Good job Nation....nothing like the unbiased truth in journalism.

I spent the weekend with my GF inside the red shirt camp across from the Dusit. We were given free food, water, lots of conversation and even a foot rub. Not for a second did I feel threatened or in danger, other than from the massive police force that was gathering across the street. That made us uneasy. The reds did not cross the road nor solicit fighting of any kind during my stay with them, even when the multi-colored shirts were chanting for them to come out and fight.

While it is none of my business as to why they are doing this, I find their methods acceptable. In events where violence happens, you're not going to make an omelet unless you crack a few eggs. It's going to happen when you have a massive uprising from the people. Personally I feel some other areas of the world (those who want change - US Tea baggers coming to mind) could learn a thing or two from them.

Is it going to get messy? You bet it is. Forced change usually is. It's their country, let them do with it as they wish. Think back to how your own country was forged and how many lives were lost in the process before finally shaping into what it is today. Thailand has always been unstable and truth is, it's going to be unstable for many years to come. Sooner or later they will get it right.

What I do find embarrassing for Thailand is the governments reaction. The police and army are like keystone cops, lucky to not shoot their own feet off. How entire armed units can be stopped and stripped of their weapons by guys with sticks is beyond me. I would like to think they allow it because they do not want to fire on their fellow Thais and not because they are just that poorly trained. It seems the only group to fear is the black masked Rangers ("terrorists") who can put a bullet in the center of your forehead from a mile away. When these guys step back into the shadows, it's going to get ugly again.

All we can do is hope for as little bloodshed as possible, as a solution doesn't seem to be anywhere in sight.

Oh dear, you're suffering from the 'Stockholm Syndrome'.

You should have spent the weekend 'IN' the Dusit wining, dining, living it up and looking down at the armed rabble and you wouldn't be so pessimistic.

    ...More Champagne !

Abhisit in by a landslide !

  11.

Wrong! I live and work in Bangkok and have done so for 10 years. This morning I was working in the offices in Central (in the middle of the demonstration) and then this afternoon in Prahkanong where I was also working. I had to walk through the streets as the BTS wasnt working. Didnt see any tourists either. I dont expect an apology from you because I remember when the terrorist yellows took over the airport they didnt offer any appologies either. :)

"..I had to walk through the streets as the BTS wasnt working."

Was that because of an act of 'Democracy' by the reds ? :D

  12. When will Abhisit step down and leave the country? Abhisit has lost already and the Reds haven't even sent in their troops! Doesn't Abhisit get the message? The Reds are giving him and his government time to stop unnecessary bloodshed. From my source, the Reds have enough to hold out for months more, and they have the means to fight and win - not only in Bangkok. Why do you think the Yellows aren't protesting anymore? I even know wealthy Bangkokians who are leaving the country. They know it's the end.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha  ..oops my ass fell off   :)

  13. Who cares if the photos were shopped or not.

It is more fun to argue if Thaksin is dead or alive.

Who say he is already dead? How many say he is still alive?

agree, whether they are tailored or not, doesn't matter. I just asked to see them as there was so much fuss going on about them for the last couple of days, and they were described as a very poor photoshop job.

This recent portrait of another flea circus participant wasn't photoshopped

  14. A disappointing but unsurprising response from the biggest stubborn mule PM the world has ever seen.

Nope, that would be the other guy, Thaksin.

does not matter whoever it is now...

rejection is a hard pill to swallow....

anyone who has been to a bar beer knows that.

    what's next?

    send in the suicide squad?

    :)

oh i do hope its the judean people front crack suicide squad :D

    It's the People's Judean Front

  15.

Abhisit/Suthep ordered the army in, with live ammo, and people were killed with the live ammo on April 10th.

Therefore based on this the Democrats should be dissolved and should have terrorism charges against them.

Using live ammo against protestors is designed to "terrorize" them with fear, thats what terror is.

If of course you wish to go down these silly emotional "thoughts for the moment" kind of nonsense.

I am amazed at some of the nonsense spouted on here.

    So Am I  !
