Interesting, looks like it is on the Petchkasem road heading north from HH.

Morals? Oh, I dunno. Perhaps not taking over a nation at gunpoint, destroying democracy and the constitution for a whole population would be a good start. Maybe putting a few kids in
a propagandaan educational video cheering a pic of Adolf Hitler isn't a great idea either.Just sayin'
Well, Thais like self-sufficient countries with a rags-to-riches leader and that's one of the reasons I guess they won't treat him like the bogey-man.
-
Slowly (?) but surely moving Thailand backwards!!
While the feudal masters and their mighty sponsors are applauding with their fat greasy palms!!
What is wrong with: "Knowledge and Morality"?
To keep it within forum rules, let me ask you a question:
Do you think Prayut represents a regressive leader-style??
Corrected your word to reflect what progressive actually means.
No he does not in answer to your question.

You have incorrect information I registered a new gun last month. However ammo is getting harder to come by. Some people say the Military are restricting the sale.
The removed quote was from a Phuket news outlet who must have got it wrong then. Yeah I've heard ammo is real expensive in LoS too.
-
Heard from someone yesterday that the Junta had announced earlier this year for a mass-firearms amnesty or all guns, unregistered and registered alike!
Has anyone heard if this was just bluster or were Thais handing them over?

I have a pretty funny story about Amazon Kindle. A year or so back, the company I was working for at the time in Zurich, asked me if any of our content might be suitable to publish on Amazon Kindle, simply as another marketing channel. So I went through all of our white papers/case studies and converted a few of them to work with the Kindle format.
As this was not a serious initiative, just a quick test, I just published them using my own Amazon account, at the minimum retail value possible, we just wanted to get these things read to achieve a wider brand reach.
I then completely forgot about them, that is until a couple of months later I got a cheque from Amazon for £272 in the post. I asked the company what to do with the cash? They said just forget it. I now keep getting a cheque from Amazon every couple of months, it's a nice little bonus! haha!
What was / is the content you turned into golden rings then if I may be so bold?

Wow, people, I'm impressed! Why so much racial hate?
Obviously, writing, blogging, and YouTube is not my main income generator and I do have a "real" job (working legally here in Bangkok).
And yes, I did post here for views and feedback. I guess I got both. Thanks a lot.
No racial hate from me dude, in fact I actually stuck up for you! Unless you paid for those subs on YT you will get there in the end! Don't be discouraged you have to keep working on it!

What is your nationality? It is getting very difficult to live here if you can't get the appropriate visa. Malaysia seems to be a very good option. I've heard some praise for Cambodia also, at least with regards to a visa.
One problem with this is rules and laws change on a regular basis. Panama use to be a great spot, but things have changed. Same with Argentina. Ecuador pops up now as does Colombia.
What changed about Argentina?

So they are going to copy the Singapore system
That and the fact they were conquered a few decades back has something to do with it.

I got he implant done in Hua Hin btw and it was done over the course of 3 months. The most painful thing was the injection into the roof of the mouth.
-
Yeah ok looks like that 3rd one is gone, I am not paying half a million baht for a tooth. I am assuming those 2 will be crowns. Damn this sucks, it would not be so bad if I did not have a bottom lip full of shards, that needs sorting out first because I don't want that getting infected. Thanks guys
500,000 for a tooth better have diamonds encrusted in it.
I paid 65,000 baht for a front tooth as an implant in Thailand, in the west I would be looking at double that!
-
So I have 3 top row front teeth smashed, 2 in halve and 1 basically gone. Also in my lower lip there are a few fragments embedded within my lip, can anybody give a rough guess at how much this will coat to rectify?
Have you been in the wars?!
About 140,000 baht for three implants. About half that for bridges and a lone implant.

Anyone know where these are available? The iodine solution is everywhere but the actual tablets are scarce it seems.
I am in Bangkok.

Is there a Big C on the skytrain route?
-
Cider apple vinegar?
Not seen any on my roamings of Bangkok of late.
Does Tescos have some?

Thankfully some areas of the US and the world don't want any more big brother BS like this. It's bad enough with the CCTV being thrown up whilly nilly but DNA superscanners? Imagine what that could do if it was in the wrong hands.

Not having a dig but would you have explained the writer was "very educated" if he was white, Japanese or Chinese? Were you concerned that because somebody who was black had written an article it wouldn't be taken seriously unless it could be established he was "very educated"?
See the post I was directly replying to which was talking about a minority person that was educated and how that supposedly shielded against experiencing racism. The article explains that is not really true, but that the manifestations are different in different cultures.
Ukrainians haven't been neutered from what race is like many Europeans. Neither have the Thais. Thankfully people are waking up to the whole nature of race across the human species and not before time too.
Cheers.

What are the official hours and days a month a Policeman is to work
Somebody told me they supposed to work everyday 12 hours a day
It's morning til evening. The night shift just sleep in the police station behind the counter! At least that's how it was in a nearby province to Bangkok...
We had to wake the lazy bstards up to report something. There was one ranking officer upstairs who was at a desk, he seemed awake at least.

There seem to be a disproportionate number of mysterious deaths, murders, suicides, falling from cliffs, drownings and so forth in KT. I wonder why that is?
The island is a cauldron of corruption and the farang there keep their mouths shut like good little servants. The cronyism and sychophantic ways are breathtaking.

please stop assuming out of thin air that i am an American. Please stop with the driving on the right bias just because you are American.
for the record: i am a "Central European" who holds citizenships from two European countries located in the heart of Europe where people drive on the right side and abhor driving on the wrong side. of course us "righteous" ones obey prevailing traffic laws and drive on the wrong side when on obscure islands or in countries which are not yet fully affiliated with logic and civilisation.
peace brother, may the force be with you!

Didn't know the Swiss and Austrians were so fiercely anti-drive on the left. Anyway, driving on the right with a LHD car is actually less desirable than the opposite. For starters, since most of us are right-handed (and this is a worldwide phenomenon), if the car you are driving is a manual, you'll have a pretty sore left hand from holding onto the steering wheel with your left hand and shifting gears with your right hand, particularly after a long drive. Also, our line of sight is slightly off to the right, hence driving on the left with a RHD vehicle is a more natural position to be driving on.
BTW not all Swiss think like you do regarding driving on the right - I too have Swiss blood.
Switzerland of course used to be famous for it's RHD vehicles that used to negotiate the mountain roads....
Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Hungary continued to drive on the left until Hitler told them not to, as did most of
Austria....
It was Napoleon that started the drive on the right nonsense IIRC.

Snooky is where the failed expats from LoS ended up. Some real pieces of work there trust me, I knew a few unfortunately. Last visited the place and will not return.

The best film I've seen was The Promise, directed by the Brit Peter Kosminsky.
Sounds like false propaganda. The Arabs started the terrorist attacks in the first place and both sides attacked the British who stabbed the Arabs AND the Jews in the back and routinely lied to both. Your "documentary" is completely one sided at best.
Utter BS, the British were in cahoots with the Jews. Just check what Orde Wingate was up to in the 1930s in Palestine! They would have shown the Einzsatgruppen a thing or two I tell you.
What about the 'Natasha' (White) slave trade that is rampant in Israel too!
I despise the Arabs for the moves they play on Jew and Gentile but let's not kiss and Hebrew backsides shall we.

It's substitute bread.
-
Does anyone know where to get this stuff?
Tescos all-bran cereal are all sugary I think.
Pumpkin seed bread (sugar free, gluten free, yeast free, wheat free) is the other item on the shopping list.

Cambodia issue visa on arrival, or at least they did for me about fourteen years ago.
