There are further developments to this particular story. Turns out she was a Hillary contributor not a Trump supporter, and that she had previously assaulted and possibly try to murder, her husband.
Maybe they should have picked up a box of worm medicine and a few flea collars for their self while at the pet store. Obviously, their IQ is less than some pets. But hey, she is a Hillary supporter, so what can you expect.

32 minutes ago, ChouDoufu said:actually, no. this is the result of journalists who don't understand the central-planning system.
china is able to make big decisions and implement them on long time frames. (article 44 on steroids) central planners can decide they need a new city for whatever reason, and then build it. they move the current inhabitants from bronze-age villages into other existing cities, clear the land, build the city.
it might take 5 years to build the central business and administrative district, plus a manufacturing center and one or two residential areas. once all of this is done, they invite various companies to build their factories, then invite a few million peasants (they still have 300 million living in poverty as subsistence farmers) to move in and populate the new city. then after ten years, they have yet another 10 million-plus megalopolis.
lather, rinse, repeat.
during the five years of construction, journalists fly in to take photos of chinese "ghost cities" for their sensational exposes. sometimes it doesn't work out. central planners make misteaks, too. i think there ARE a couple of massive city projects that were abandoned when economic conditions changed.
Definition of Central Planning System: A Communist Thug Dictator deciding what is best for all the workers regardless of their thoughts or how it will affect them.

Where is your proof. Stop causing problems for the everyday asian because they look like they might be Chinese which has happened in America and Australia. All you are doing on this thread is inciting violence against any Chinese looking Asian.
Well when all else fails play the old race card. No, it is not happening in the US. The only stupid thing said about the Chinese is the statement made by Pelosi and a lot of the news media after Trump put the travel ban into effect. Pelosi said the travel ban is racist, go to China town in SF and celebrate the Chinese New Year and have fun, don’t listen to Trump. Can’t find that news reel now or any of the others, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, Washington Post, NY Times and numerous other news outlet now. All stating the travel band is Racist. Over 40,000 people have returned to the US from China, most all duel citizens or green card holders.

It doesn't matter what the nationality of the passengers were, the whole world caught it eventually from that "wet" market in Wuhan China, where they were selling bats, dogs and other exotic creatures for eating. Goodness knows why they should want to eat bats, probably something to do with sexual virility. The Thais should've banned all arrivals from China as soon as the virus was made public in my opinion.
Yes, and the wet markets are already back up and running per news reports.

Well I don’t have to worry about it. My wife and niece will not let me get in the car. So, our Saturday night out having a few bottles of wine and eating is out. So, going to save some money till this blows over.
The good news is our local restaurant is delivering to our housing complex. They said just call and we will be there in 15 minutes. So, I have ordered a few bottles of wine and beer on line for delivery today and Saturday night The Pizza place will deliver.
I know a lot on here do not like the hard advice, but here it is. If you are one of the ones here on the visa runs it would be a good idea to head to your home country ASAP, before you get stranded some place trying to get back into Thailand. Just on the US News was advice for all US citizens and green card holders to get back to the US now or you may have to shelter in place.

Yes and we should call the "Spanish" flu of 1918-1920 the Kansas flu, or the Yankee flu. The best evidence suggests that it started in Kansas, and went on to kill 50 to 100 million people. Makes Covid 19 look harmless.
Out of curiosity I googled several articles on the Spanish Flu of 1812. One thing in all the articles is no one knows for sure where it originated. However at least one historian believes that newly discovered records show the outbreak began in 1917 in Shanxi Province, China, and that the flu was spread by Chinese laborers hired to work in France and Britain during World War I. This also would explain why the disease was so well-traveled across the globe. Many of the infected were part of the Chinese Labor Corps who moved through the east coast of North America and Canada on the way to Europe. So, to say Kansas for sure is not fact.
However, we know for a fact where this one came from, so good try on your deflection for the chicons. Don’t you just hate google!

Well there is one thing for sure. There is a whole lot of Thai people that would have paid big money for that US PP!

The doctor asked her again if I was coming back from America soon my wife told her in a few months.
The doctor said good to wait for awhile since COVID-19 is all over Thailand.
Am I to believe the doctor or this government that puts Money ahead of its own people.
Anyone can see how the numbers are exploding in each country, but not in Thailand?
So true, my Niece went Friday to visit with her old professor from collage here in Bangkok. My Niece stated her professor’s sister is a well-known doctor here in Bangkok. The doctor told her sister, the professor, that it is being greatly under reported by the government and it is spreading fast in Thailand.
So, you can take it for what’s it worth but I think I believe the professor over the Gov.

Uncontrollable obsession can get like that.
Swerving anything in the article, you instead pour out a stream of bile on this youngster.
This demonstrable obsession of yours doesn’t come across as particularly healthy.
Sort of like that uncontrolled obsession that some have on TV? With certain elected leaders and their country?

Obama criticized the Supreme Court at his state of the union address, for a ruling against him. With them sitting in the front row.
Plus numerous other times at news conference and interviews. Did not realize he had such a hard on for the SC till I checked it on the net!
As for the British lad, glad you take so much interest in the US politics. How is the deal going with the EU?

I use Express VPN, has one of the highest rating for speed. Over 160 locations and 94 countries. I take the yearly rate at around $6.00 a month. Can down load on as many devises as you like but can only use 5 at a time. I have a router with Express VPN Firm ware so everything that goes through the router is using the VPN. Check out all the different ones on Google and select. ExpressVPN is a BVI (British Virgin Islands) registered company but the support is located in different places.
They are a privacy-focused VPN company and do not log customers' activities.
Has a 30-day free trial.
Like was stated above, I use for US banking and watching sling and other programs that will block if an IP from another country shows up. I use LA 3 for watching TV.

Bernie is not a communist ????
How is Bloomberg an oligarch ???? I credit you for memorizing talking points!
Sure, Trump loves Russia and Putin, why just look what he did Tuesday to help their green economy. He announced new sanctions on a subsidiary of Russian oil company Rosneft for helping Venezuela evade sanctions on oil exports meant to squeeze the Maduro regime.
The difference between a communist and a socialist is a socialist is to stupid to know he is a communist!

The real national security issue is that trump had a hissy fit simply because there was a briefing about it. He wasnt angry that russia is doing it. He just doesnt want to hear it, so will do nothing.
Its a serious national security issie when intel agencies cannot provide briefings for fear of losing their job.
Its a serious national security issie when intel agencies cannot provide briefings for fear of losing their job.
No, it’s a serious national security issue when democrats run to the news media and leak classified information the same day they get it. Then lie about what was in the briefing.
As for Russia interference in 2016, you need to ask Obama why he did nothing since he was in charge then.

You are ok for a foreign govt to interfere in the election. Noted.
The question was why someone run to the NYT and leak a classified briefing the same day! The leakier got one minor thing wrong. The briefing stated they were trying to help sanders, not Trump, YOU THINK! They have already briefed Sanders on it and he has issued a statement in reference to the briefing, since sanders love the communist so much. Russia Russai Russai.

i'm so confused, why do they need to wait for the sister? In any other place in the world, cops just simply hand cuff him and put him in jail. His sister
can wait for him there.
So true, you are not waiting for anyone. Handcuff and in the back of the car. Her, she would have lasted about 1 minute and she would have been cuffed and in another car. Especially if she puts her hands on a police officer.
Subject refused to leave and waiting for his sister, yea right. No one respects the police here and they have let this happen.

Aside from the fact that Iowa is first ,and everyone is excited to get some kind of indication how all the candidates stand, It is really inconsequential to the national race and a bad indicator, because the process is to antiquated and convoluted to reflect and accurate public sentiment locally, and Iowa demographics do not reflect national demographics enough to reflect national sentiment.
IMO regardless of any Audit the results will not change significantly enough to change anything. Sanders and Buttigieg each will endup with 11 delegates, Waren 5 and biden 2.
Super Tuesday will separate the men from the boys, no one is dropping out until then. The next debate should be interesting, IMO that's where the knives are coming out.
Yes, can’t wait to see a bunch of millionaires argue with the other millionaires about how evil and bad millionaires are!
And before you say old red Bernie is arguing about billionaires, he was saying the same thing about millionaires before he became a millionaire. Now millions are OK.

On yes please nominate Bernie, the old commie. The RNC and Trump will have more dirt on him from his days as a hard-core USSR/ communist/ socialist support. The only question will be if its as bad as when RR won 49 states.

If you lose a presidential election, blame the RUSSIANS.
And judging by the reactions of the Punditry Class today, if America fails to elect a Dem president next November, BLAME IOWA!!!!
Best quote of the night on TV.

2 hours ago, Crazy Alex said:The messy start certainly doesn't help Democrats. However, what is REALLY going to be a problem in challenging Trump is the most important kitchen table issue: Economic optimism or the economy in general.
59% of Americans (the highest ever recorded by Gallup) think they're better off than they were a year ago. Only 20% (the lowest ever recorded by Gallup) think they're worse off than they were a year ago. As you can see in the graph, the gap between the better off and not better off has accelerated greatly since Trump took office.
While the optics of the Democrat bungling of the Iowa caucuses are certainly bad, I don't see it as a big issue come November- well, unless they keep screwing things up.
The big challenge for the Democrats will be data like that in the graph above.
Another problem for the DNC is Trump going after Blacks and Hispanic votes. Van Jones on CNN pointed this out today to the panel and they ignored him. Trump is up to 20/30 %, depends on which poll you see with the black vote. After the SOTU last night, as van Jones said, the DNC better get their act together fast. I believe his approval ratings for Hispanics is around 49-51% also. It’s the economy stupid!

Just heard on the Beeb it was 600,000 pounds a year for security.
And look at your number of 10 million pounds a year....that averages out to 27,000 pounds a day.....total nonsense. At my figure it would be around 1,666 pounds a day....much more realistic.
And if Diana’s car wasn’t being chased by the goons on motorbikes the driver wouldn’t have been speeding and probably wouldn’t have crashed. And you have no idea of what his capacity for alcohol was....each person is different. He wasn’t staggering or slurring his speech.....so how drunk was he?
He was three times the French legal limit, he was doing 70MPH in a 30 Zone. He had been out bar hopping before the accident. So, you or anyone else don’t know his driving ability drunk. But we do know he can’t drive at three times the limit or think logically. So, drunk French drive, not wearing set belts, doing 70 in a 30 zone, that sums it up.

I don't understand why you would need to deposit any money into your Transferwise account (unless you signed up for a borderless account - which I do not have). I set up two recipients and never had to deposit any money to make any transfers or add recipients so I am confused on this issue.
You should not have to log in to Wells Fargo for any reason in order to use TransferWise to transfer funds. I don't get why you are tinkering with Wells Fargo. You are not trying to do a SWIFT transfer. You do not initiate a TransferWise transfer with your USA bank. You do not need to get permission from them or anything else.
Why is Wells Fargo trying to send you an SMS? I don't follow you here.
Have not read all following post so may have been covered!
Often WF will ask for a second authentication (big on banking security), almost every time you log in with an IP outside of the US (why I always use a VPN when in Thailand). They will ask to send you a text message to a US phone number (will not send to an overseas number). WF has an RSA device that gives a 6-digit pin that changes every minute (looks like a thumb drive). When they ask for a 2nd AUTH. You will see the option to use a RSA Devise. The devise cost $25.00 but WF will only mail to your address in the US. Just type the code in and away you go.
I have three accounts set up in Thailand, sister-in-law, Niece and our 2 joint account ( 1 with BB). Just set Niece’s acc up several months ago, the two small deposits to her account then verify to WF. Just sent $1500.00 to her account around ($14.00 for transfer and three days, took 1 minute on TW because I selected same amount. WF did not ask to authorize the last several times, but I always use an US IP. If they detect an IP other then USA, they are going to ask for second ID 99% of the time.

So, you are saying a doctor prescribed to his patients and wrote a prescription for something to clean alga off a fish tank. Can you provide the doctors name that prescribed this to them? You have to have a prescription from a doctor to get this medication. You can not walk into a drug store or anywhere else and buy off the shelf. But we are talking a pet store. I guess maybe their doctor is a veteanarian???
