Very disrespectfull headline by the way

    Seconded.

Is this the words of a Nation reporter? No, I don't see this as "What a way to go" moment for anyone, and many TV members find it hilarious too that a man, for  whatever undetermined reason, is dead in the gutter.

TV/The Nation very sad and  a poor show eh. But then  this is the garbage  tip (or site) for Thailand.

Time 2 ban  myself again from  this site, but  please feel free to ban  me mods as I cannot find an "unmember me  button" ....thx too for the  mf mode applied   to my  user  account too mods, nice one. I know the tricks as used to be a mod on a much more reputable site using  Vbulletin.

Goodbye Thai Visa, enough of you  and the donks that  post here.

  2. Where da 12% come from? Yup, a bit of  BS research results eh.

Had a mortgage  with  Bangkok bank for 12.5 years, yr1 3% yr2 4.25% yr3 4.75% then to MLR which for the last  9 odd years has floated  between about 5.75% and 7% and last 2 or 3 years stuck at  6.25%. To me fair and seems justified.

A  mortgage in the late eighties in the UK started out at 7.5% then quickly went all the way up to 13.4% in 89 I think (housing crisis) leaving me living on beans on toast for 2 years as it went down oh soooo slowly.

In sum, this guy is talking poo and tbh you cannot compare across economies when it comes to MLR etc. Each country and its government 'should' set it thus to ensure their economy prospers, mortgage rates being one of those important factors.

  3. Hmmm, this Danny should of just fobbed this chancers email but instead goes to  the police while the press happen to be there ....hmmm. So Danny has a half baked half popular facebook page and now that original video has made him a net idol overnight with millions more views ...now this.

IMO he's milking it and trying to be the next mymatenate (remember that dude?). Sorry i am not going to side with this dude over what was originally a storm in a teacup. Hey hey hey, carry on milking  it Danny and btw  his thai vocab is basic  and not 'excellent' as was reported by the nation last week. As you were.

  4. Wow long thread. To the op: mate suck it up, maybe hope yer lawyer can get it down to 5 years. To listen to the advice here that maybe you can get back in, umm nope as you will be breaking the law once again, you the person has been banned and nope (as some sugggest otherwise) there are no loopholes. You put yourself in this situation and its caught up with you. Yep, move the wife out of Thailand and move on with your life.

Best of luck with a new adventure OP

  5. So pats on the  back all round. Pre military gov ....Songkran 2013 and 2014 322 and 321 deaths ...umm junta time: 2015 364, 2016 442, 2017 390, 2018 418.

So Mr. Prayuth is "pleased". What utter nonsense this government is when it comes to road safety ...I think its easy to see from the figures above that any of their initatives have failed. Go on challenge the root of the 'problem' if you dare ....has something to do with the police and their policing and why people here do not seem to respect them and the laws too. Go figure government, go figure .....ahhh i'm wasting my breath eh.

  6. The highways are insane here and yes its a 365 days a year problem and not just songkran. Average 64 deaths a day, thats a shed load of people losing their life, very sad indeed. Amazingly too, over 21 thousand drivers/riders busted for drink driving which to me clearly shows that the law is of little deterrent to people here. 21K in 5 days, wonder what the figures are like in more developed countries? Nonetheless, for me totally unacceptable but I dont see it changing anytime soon, sad loss of life everyday in Thailand with the me me me attitude of these drink drivers.

  7. "Intervene" a taboo word for ASEAN, just about sums up why the problem will continue. In a bloc surely the other member states can exert genuine pressure against another to change its ways. Sadly ASEAN is not effective on so many levels and this humanitarian crisis just goes to show how poor collectively it is.

Come on the other 9 member states, grow a pair eh.
