The arrest came after Hiroyuki Nakashima was arrested at a condominium on Jomtien Beach for allegedly buying sex from a 13-year-old girl on Monday.
What about Mr. Hiroyuki Nakashima? ????

what about the responsibility of the driver??? Don't drive into flooded tunnels.
Kind of like don't drive into unmarked holes on the road. Good luck with that. There should have been a barrier in place. DUH
Unfortunately, sending out a warning message to "everybody" on line app. does not cut it.

Wonder if it would help the cause if Thai mainstream media sources might extend similar coverage and attention towards the real opposing political makings?
Do the Junta circles really look upon the Democrats, and their leadership, as a vying opposition?
If I'm not mistaken, Marky [and the Democrats as an institution] has always appeared to be in the shadows of the Thai establishment.
Rarely, a peep of critique or challenging from him or Warong of the last four plus years.
We needn't remind those who recall 2010 and the massacre and political riots instigated by the Democrats that led the eventual military crack-down.....again - usurping all that was Shinawatra.
Maybe you need to brush up on your history just a tad? Though most history books are banned in Thailand, start at 2010 and then move backwards from there.

I was amazed that the service garage didn't know this...
Actually, I would be even more amazed if they knew. I lost count of how many times I've been misinformed by service and/or sales personnel in Thailand.

Must have taken him to a private hospital to run up such a high tab and naturally he has a private room. Most of the locals could never afford such high level service and it appears neither could he. Glad he pulled through just saying.

He was baiting them and felt brave because he had a gun. They were wrong to block the road, however. Why do these transport vans always think they own the whole goddamn road?

All very interesting. I told ford (krabi) there was a problem with the clutch/gearbox within weeks of taking delivery of my Dec 2013 fiesta...They denied there was a problem at all, saying it was 'normal' ...they continued to ignore me again at the service periods thereafter.
Ford Thailand is special. That's why I would never deal with them. Never met a ford customer that didn't hate their service. It's a pity.

The added cost is mainly for the suspension, and a few bits and pieces. I wouldn't want to own one after the warranty expired and you are up for 200K to replace the shocks.
Already one has been found on the road dead with sludge in the cooling system.

I'm on the 45th floor 24/7 and I never leave so these problems do not exist for me. But I can imagine it's annoying.
