  1. Answering a idiotic question to get your card back, I do not really understand, but does it lower the transfer fee you pay to exchange your money into baht, when using the d_amn ATM? I was charged over 250 Thai baht the other week, when it was Songkhran long weekend, when all other ATM's were out of money all together.I don't remember the name of the machine branch but it was a totally BS ripoff, but needed the money.w00t.gif

  2. 3rd floor of Market Village has a gym, plus workout group sessions, spinning (bikes) etc.

Don't try to chat up the Thai lady spin nstructor. She's my mates GF and he is a tough bugger (ex-Ozzie marine). She is a looker though!

Hello mate, but your warning is ridiculous, I think it would be up to the sheela (instructor) if she wants to be chatted up or not

  3. I am an American, (and sometimes ashamed of being so) because of there BS lying policies, like in the Vietnam War for one, not to mention other situations like in the Middle East now.

I grew up (fast) during the Vietnam era, with sit ins, love ins, and sometimes protests that turned violent.

I was drafted in 1967, in Los Angeles, and went up to the draft board induction center, there I stood my grounds, and refused to be called into war like so many others did. I tore up my draft card and told the Army personnel to basically shove it, told them they got themselves into this situation, that I was not going to help get them out of it, told them to<Snip!> off. After I did this, many more of my friends started to do the same.

Some might not like or even understand my motives, but to this day, I am very proud that I stood my grounds, and did what I believed in.

The US hides under dirty bed sheets, yes of course they had, and maybe still do have CIA operatives here in Thailand.

    My motto is "Question Authority"

  4. Just when I was about to go on Mac coz Im p#ssed off of those bloody viruses.....

There are anti-virus applications for Macs, a lot of people think they are immune using a Mac from viruses, and do not use anti-virus blockers. BitDefender has a blocker for Macs as well as your PC system, just check out online.

  5. Thanks for the information, I think I met you there at the Hilton.

Tell me, what was the total turnout numbers of Americans who showed up?

Will the Out-Reach program be coming back to Hua Hin in the future?

It is a great service, hope there was a good turnout, to warrant them returning again, saves making the long journey to Bangkok, for 10 minutes of business. They came equipped, with all the forms needed to do most any sort of task needed.

  6. We have a Glock 9mm in wife's name and in case of an intruder in the house I will not hesitate to use it.

Sounds about like my same thoughts, about using my S&W 9mm. One shot, one kill, mop up blood, body in bag, take in country, dig shallow grave, dump ass_hole in it, and cover.

  7. From what I saw of the video and read elsewhere, it's the guys own fault. He tried to do something that isn't allowed, got abusive, and got what was to be expected when you get abusive with security/police.

To me the guy got what he deserved, he was probably a abusive Russian, they can really get pushy, had them many times push in front of me at shopping centers.

  8. Balloons here are normally filled with HYDROGEN, a real explosive gas if someone happened to light a lighter and pop one.

    Good on the guard.

    Mac
