I hate to tell him, but it's not really PTSD -- the 'post' part of this needs to be taken out.  The election deniers are alive and well, and the trauma continues.

No, he would have gotten a get out of jail free card.  Given the level of paranoia among the far right, he'd have been fingered long ago if there was a hint of cooperation with the feds.  I think it's easy to see how paranoid they are when you see what they have done with Ray Epps, who now lives his life in hiding.

I think we have reached that point in time where Biden should follow President Andrew Jackson's take on SCOTUS.   Jackson said something to the effect, "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!",

I highly doubt he was 'let in'.  I think the big question is how is that he has managed to evade arrest by the Texas police for such a long time, and how was he able to obtain a gun.  It sounds like the police were quite familiar with the area and it's inhabitants.

And just to be clear, Abbott got it wrong, labelling them as illegals.  Not all of them were illegals.  

It seems that some folks are taking another opportunity to discuss immigration when the problem seems to be guns.  Any deflection to stay away from the real problem, and that is the assault-style guns.  Close to 180 mass shootings, and thus far 1 has been an illegal immigrant.  I wonder how he got a hold of the gun?

I've noticed that when the police are having to face an AR-15, their reaction time seems to get a lot slower.  I am not faulting them, I'd be slow facing a weapon of war as well.

I'd have to totally agree with Dorsey.  Twitter has been a mess since Musk took over.

Deported 4 times?  Well, I have a feeling this is his lucky day because I think he's going to be staying in the US for a very long time.

I am pretty sure they had a gun.  It appears that everyone around there did, but when someone shows up with an assault-style weapon, you might as well have a butter knife.
