It is too expensive. The hospitals are too expensive. Last time I used one the staff were numerous and generous with their time. The vast spaces were chilled so that I felt too cold. In the Hot Season. The room I stayed in was about 40 Sq. m. If the hospitals were more budget oriented the insurance premiums could be too. I want to insure my health, but I do not need to live in luxury while I am treated. Government hospital is too much the other way. Something in the middle please.

OK. I asked myself. And I decided if an election was that close should I believe that I was stupid or dumb or gullible? I was not. A nation will not unite behind the winner if the winners talk like this.

A friend of mine was brought here from Myanmar when she was 2 years old. She is now 42. Never having a Thai ID card she never went to school, Healthcare has been a problem and employment difficult. She can not rent an apartment or a motorbike in her own name. I hope she will get a card soon.

In light of economic challenges the Tourism Council of Thailand......... suggests there are a lot of savings that could be made when there also exist the Tourist Authority of Thailand and the Ministry of Sports and Tourism.

Not sure how many countries even have a Tourist Police. Is it just a 'makework' organisation? In my limited experience with them they are very well resourced and very little used. I guess they may have some staff who can help with English speaking tourists. As more tourists are from Chinese, Indian and Arab countries has there been a change? Interested.
