Just another one of thousand of stupid 'healthy diet, look good' diets that people will fall for in the hope of getting thin and not ageing. Surely by now people must stop falling for this stuff ...!! I am the same age as that guy. I eat all sorts of stuff, including sugary sweets, chocolate and large brandies. I am slim, and toned, and people always think I am much younger than I am. I never go to a gym, don't lift weights or do regular exercise. My secret ...eat in moderation a varied diet and do not sit on your backside all day...just do some walking and easy relaxing cycling or swimming most days...to stay moderately active. That's all anyone needs to do. Getting fat is due to just easting too much food. You have to enjoy what you eat...or why be alive?? Just use common sense and don't eat too much junk food or binge out on big meals too often.

No. Our panels are all up and running...with the inverter. So be have free power in the day. But we have no batteries. We wanted to wire it into the grid and PEA pay for our excess electric...we pay at night...and then it was going to equal out. The contractor was very good and professional. We have all the documentation sent off the PEA. They just keep saying they are too busy to come. So...we got the contractor to come and fix up the extra 2 panels that were waiting for PEA. We also had problems in the past with PEA and our new Meter and electric poles. They are infuriating. This is Chiang Mai...so maybe different areas of the country are better. Idk.

Still waiting over one year for PEA to connect our solar panels to the grid....wish I never did it now.

Madness. Illegally built resorts in a protected nature reserve .....yet they feel they are in the right? They rely of tourists..the tourists that go there for the beautiful scenery and wildlife.....which these illegal resort people are destroying!!!! Idiots.

Rural temple near me the dog population is out of control...from 4 or 5 dogs there are over 30. They also all look like clones as they are all completely white and the same size. They kill peoples chickens, they killed someone's baby goats, they bite people, they keep having puppies and then getting diseases and die slowly over a few weeks wasting away. They killed our friends little pet dog and have bitten cows and a horse that were grazing in the rice field. They howl loudly ike a pack of wolves during the night and lay over the road so you can't get past them without them chasing and trying to bite you. Despite this people and the monks keep feeding them. It's crazy no one has sterilised them or 'got rid' of them. By next year there will probably be 50 of them and everyone still moaning but doing nothing.

I'm with you on that theory, Columbo. If the beer cans / bottles were empty that is very suspicious, becaise why would the divers store their empty cans under the seat to take them with them? People would throw them away or leave them at the place where they were drank. If they were unopened that means the guys did not drink the alcohol!!!
