We know why Pattaya keeps flooding! It's because the sewer pipes are too few, too small, and aren't sloped downhill and the pumps are too small. The existing pipes are 3/4 full of water even before it starts raining!

Hire professional civil engineers who can calculate storm water accumulation and runoff, understand that water runs downhill and have many years of successful experience in building adequate sewers. Give the engineers adequate funds to use quality materials and complete the project quickly - like 24 hours a day 7 days a week construction permission and mandate the project be completed in 12 months. Lots of times we see lots of digging but only 4 people on job with one backhoe, and many days of no one on the job.  Proper planning, organization and execution can get the job done quickly - it doesn't take decades.

Thank you as this problem could have been fixed years ago first time not repeated expensive attempts but would require Falangs and loss of face to Thais and of course the end of the gravy train

  2. I looked at this truck and was impressed with truck a little research tells me the mechanicals are not Great wall but sourced in various country's a lot in Europe. If you buy a Toyota the depreciation is very low even after 10/20 years but when you consider the cost of the MG with warrantee servicing they offer the this truck will owes you nothing after 10 years and providing regular servicing is done i cannot see why it will continue to serve you well. I can't guarantee  this of course just my opinion from conversations wit MG owners.

I know very well some break the law..

My point is, prohibiting any type or quantity of alcohol, doesn t help any fine dining restaurant (as they make most of their profit/margin on alcohol sales) and how, drinking a glass of wine or beer with your meal would affect the Covid issue.. and on top of it now, forcing all eateries to close at 8 is a nonsense..

    Have a nice day

The problem with allowing alcohol in restaurants is  simple people will eat something and gather to drink. I will not dine in for anything but breakfast until I can have a glass of wine with my food, so my thoughts are they can't allow until bars can open as well
