  1. I doubt this is the Bangkok Bank position on freaky sanctions. Rather some girl/agent/manager found the way to reap hefty commissions by selling insurance. And account at the Bank is the side dish. Good for her.

Thailand didn't join the anti-Russia's sanctions, however Tony "the coce-head" Blinken were cruising in Asia to sow some of his <deleted> to locals against Russia and (Ooopsie!) China.

  2. Is it Udomsuksa school in Bangkok, Lardprao 92? That makes school in Pattaya a branch or affiliate or some frenchise? The Bangkok's one is just horrible both so-called English program and some uber -advanced English program.

I didn't realize the P2P part of the process was also on Binance so I was just clarifying on that part.  I tested it out and it works beautifully!  Thanks for sharing.

Although there was a moment when I wired money to very funny dude, who said thank you and didn't release his assets to my account. The worst moment this year so far. Turns up he was just funny, not evil minded, but that joke almost gave me heart attack. [Quite large sum and not my money was there]

I have .... partly. We agreed to fall back on threaders + botox (I'm still not clear what other "fillers" might be, sounds like the stuff I'm using to repair walls before painting!).

That doctor I mentioned told me scary stories like girl coming to his clinic with a nose in the bag on ice, boobs hardened due to low quality silicon, second hand implants from crematorium etc. Basically anyone can open "plastic beauty parlor" in Thailand and reap helluva money. Not worth to risk life.

  5. Rule #1: references! You must get a hint from trusted person who went to exact doctor.

Rule #2: its a doctor, not a clinic, who does plastic surgery, and in general you can encounter a genius and retarded student in the same clinic/hospital. Example - Bumrungrad, Chula, Rama IX.

Rule #3: failure will devastate her. Successful surgery will turn her into addict. A doctor I used to work with was so good that he intentionally overcharged some crazy thai women who begged "please do something else, doctor!"

A great doctor, I hope he is still practicing.

My advise: talk her out of it.

My ex told me that she knows a girl who went to Ukraine to do massage job and earned big money.

I told her that Ukraine is one of the poorest countries in Europe and average salary probably under 10,000 Baht a month.

How could she earn big money.

    Silent.
If they hear what they don't want to hear. Brain switched off and they move on.

Correct, Ukraine is the poorest country and average salary is laughable. However there's certain "elites" that feed from import-exports, International aids, IT developments and crypto-exchanges. Also Silicon Valley heavily outsourced to Ukraine so while average is [say] THB10K, there are kids with Porsche cars, penthouses and million dollars bank accounts. I knew few Russian fellas in Bangkok who recruited, trained and sent Thai women to Russia and Ukraine for years (!) and yes, they earned quite well. I think each was sending at least 10 heads a week since 2003 (when I met him).

That's why all what's originating in that country has to be blocked (a bit of gas supply we will not mind).

Even performing the music composed more than 100 years ago (e.g. Tchaikovsky), not to speak about the classic writers (Tschechow, Dostoyevsky), and Solzhenitsyn as well (hadn't he been a friend of Putin?).

I believe its Chekhov but no matter.
y 5 cents are about Solzhenitsyn, the Soviet era dissident, US citizen and once fierce enemy of USSR. His hatred toward anything soviet went so far he called USA to nuke Soviet Union. About the same time Tzar Vlad was working in Soviet Embassy in DDR [it was Eastern Germany, kids] and obviously got this news first hand - he was KGB operative. So obviously they couldn't be friends, by that time they were arch-enemies.

However sometime in 90's [after fall of Soviet Union] Solzhenitsyn decided to return to Russia in a freakish way possible - by train from Russia's Far East to Moscow with stops and meetings with grateful readers on every station during long (5-7 days) trip through Mother Russia. It turns out that nobody appeared, just a bunch of old folk in Moscow with silly flowers and that was it.

Yes, he met Tzar Vlad but their meeting was rather formal and fruitless. He published few articles on his visions of Russia's development, later followed monarchists and soon went to cemetery in a wooden tuxedo.

He is unbearably difficult to read, lengthy sentences, and very grim and dark stories. Wouldn't call his a writer either.

    Hi NativeBob,

Can you share where you do your p2p exchange to bank transfer at?  I need to send funds to a Russian Bank and your process sounds interesting.  Thanks

Ooops, didn't I mention binance (dot) com?

Besides, bitcoin and etherium are not good for such triple exchange - I use USDT - its just like a dollar but doesn't stink and cleaner.

Yesterday it took about 8 minutes to "wire-over" money to Thai merchant's Kasikorn bank account for client in Moscow, RF and managed very attractive exchange rate at the end.

  9. Ok, this is how you do it:

With your cash buy some crypto coins than go to binance (dot) com and trade them at p2p exchange to bank transfer to whatever Russian bank you like. done this both ways and it is even cheaper than traditional wire transfer as there's no double conversion (thb-> usd; usd-> rub) and % fees.

I personally would suggest use USDT as crypto coin.

The funny thing is you can do this within 15 minutes. My record was about 19 minutes BKK >> MSK

  10. Makes sense: the press conf. for Thai media in Thailand. So reps. a.k.a. journalists (funny when you put it together "thai journalists") will be briefed on official Russian version of events happening in Ukraine and why only few signatures would safe thousands lives, millions refugees and prevent economical crisis in Europe.
And maybe why if you vote for comedian you might stumble upon a bad joke.

Long time ago Ambassador of Iran had a press-conf. at FCCT (that penthouse in Bangkok). The event turned into complete mockery with zero respect not only to the Ambassador but to colleagues as well.

  11. Overstay is not a good solution, but is not as scary as some folk describe. I've seen hundreds of farangs living happily, even doing some teaching jobs without valid visa. And not some slums of Pattaya, but quite legit Bangkok Suthisan area. Maximum is 1.000 THB tip and "life is good" again - if caught by police.

However if you have plans for Thailand, not just hang here and have fun, I would advise not to break the law.
hese days they got something called "computers" with database

  12. twitter and facebook are being blocked in Russia. Don't expect anything from those.

It was quite simple story: some #fakenews were posted, Russian watching body asked nicely FB/TW to remove those posts, nothing happened, access denied.

VPN and Proxies are helping, but there are more important things to worry about: Exchange Rate. Local currency folded twice, Central Bank vigorously pumping reserves, that looks just scary.
In the meantime, yesterday during press w/ Tony Blinken, UK head of Foreign Office Liz "Cod Eye" Truss looked so desperate to find what else UK and US can do to hurt Russians.

Nato and Europe then, having taken an inch, wanted to take the full yard and pushed for Ukraine to join and that was always a red line for Russian .... yet they kept pushing. Putin warned and warned again ...... you don't poke the bear. If the Minsk Agreement was observed by Nato, then it may be a different outcome today than the sh1tfight we have now.

Exactly, I only wonder why Obama was looking at escalation with Russia? Maybe it was Biden, who was responsible for Ukrainian affairs had some benefits from Burisma, where Hunter B. was sitting at $50K/month? What was the agenda of StateDept? Another color revolution?

And about Russian banks VISA and MC international payments/withdrawals: they all are working fine, at least until march 10th, most likely the OP was a fake as usual.

  14. Worked with PayPal since 2001 w/ "Buy Now" buttons on many websites. Learn that their customer support is very unprofessional. Well, they outsourced it to poorest countries, dah!

However generally I'm satisfied with PayPal - they were my main payment processor, although I used Skrill (Moneybookers), CCNow, 2Checkout, and that Canadian-something Pay.

Works fine with many online shop software packages. But their % system is street-robbery.

  15. My 5 cents:

during "welcome to school" opening happy management of school posted on the billboard printed lists of students names, surnames and their ID Card numbers. That was enough [say] to register few thousands SIM cards, and many other funny things you can do with these combinations.

few years ago the database of recruiting company [*****jobs****.co.th] was available to download.

the Association of Thai Exporters database, some Jewelry Association, and many more are not even protected.

I didn't check it recently, but basic security is mainly non-existent. love it!

  16. Have a look at Perfect-Curve (dot) Com

Well, I established this small biz in 2005 just for extra income while working at my main job as sysadmin at jewelry company in Bangkok.
Later it came up, after many tune-ups and optimizations, that this is bloody good business! In general you work few hours a week, pay pocket change for advertising, sit and pack parcels. Demand was and still is very stable. Generally customers are from US, Canada, Latin America also Australia and UK. Sometimes they also come from Singapore and UK. Never from Middle East (hm!) and Africa - I just block it as well as Eastern Europe.

    So what is for sell?

Whole business - this site and know-how where what and how to buy. Yes, You will manufacture perfect-curve products - hence no middle men and you will be in control of production.

    Good name "Perfect-Curve" right?

So the domain and complete know-how developed for almost 20 years will go for THB63K

I will show every location, tricks and cost-saving ideas. But remotely - I'm not in Thailand anymore

Also can use this brand to develop other skin-care or whatever products targeted women. The sky is the limit.

  17. I think this poll is just another fakenews in the form of weak propaganda. Do thais watch porn? In China Town vendors were busy selling DVDs -  but that was Bangkok, I have now idea how do they watch it in Buriram. Some old VHS, perhaps? 5th copy of Deepthroat?
on one hand we got this ridiculous poll yet another "Rights for LGBTQ+ folks". I see diversity and that's good. Good that there are conservatives who hold uber-horny boys and girls from filming and airing boom-boom, good there are those who tell them to mind their own business.
I think those who want to do porn they are already busy with KY.

I see you have done very meticulous research. Thank you! ????

There are few industries that somehow many tech-savvy foreigners bump into while staying in Siam. I had affiliate websites, but some friends run video post-production business. It really doesn't matter whats on the roll. Just cut and re-arrange clips with birds or crocodiles or flowers at Loy Kratong ceremony.
