for god sake is there anyone here, who can tell me who is Worraphanphooree?
This story become more complicated than any thai tv soap.
And by the way, so far we have a death champion, a doctor, a crooked lawyer, a hysterical mother-in-law, a daft hit man, but why there is no gardener?
So where is the gardener, there is always one around the house, i told you so!
It was the butler.

I second Magnus. He is the man. Excellent service.

I am NOT a real estate broker or anything related, but if they work hard to find OP a buyer, spending their advertising dollars and their time driving people to view, and hold their hand through the process, why would you want to see them cheated out of their legitimate earnings?? We all like something for nothing but if you receive a service I believe you should reward the provider.
Maybe you think that is naive....
Your only cheating the realtor if you sign a contract for that house to be shown to you, they show it to you then you try and go around them, then you have broken the law.But if you just go by the photos on the web and locate the property on your own you have done nothing wrong.
Some might think that weaselly-I do!
Why? I am a real estate broker and see no harm in that at all. Web pages with listing are mouse traps, designed to create readership and " catch" a client. Win some, loose some.

Thanks guys. I have emailed the vivacity people as their web site provides very little info.
Any further suggestions would also be much appreciated
Click on the web address at the bottom of,the web page. All info is,there as I just looked at it. I live down the street from this place. Looks nice but the pricing on the Internet seems .......how do I say it nicely.

Pretty much the same experience two weeks ago however, my docs were in order and pics were ok as well. It took a week and though no money was called for, I promptly paid the man 500 bht. Why? Because I want them to maintain interest in this service as we all know what has transpired in the last few months. I don't want to pay the embassy rate which is 3 times 500. I would advise all to make a small donation for this service!

I would give a look to the gtrider web site. They offer ok insurance for your particular needs.

I'd go home, generally you can survive in a western world country without any money but you can't in Thailand !
Not me. I find a new girl.

Hi Monkeycountry; IMO I think that you misunderstand. The Thai Senate scrutinizes, advises and recommends. The a bill is returned to Parliament after scrutiny it is conjoined with the Senate's advice and recommendations in the shape of edits to the bill that convey the Senate's advice and recommendations. After 180 days the Government can hold a vote on whether the Bill should Pass into Law. If a majority of the house vote in favor the Bill becomes law there and then without any further referral to anyone or any institution.A video clip was posted yesterday showing a red shirt MP telling a crowd of red shirts that they would let the senate reject the bill, so the demonstrators would go home, and then in 180 days apparently they could push the bill through without approval of the senate.
His remarks made it clear that Yingluck has no intention to leave the decision to the senate as she claimed in the press conference, but more importantly, is it correct that after the 180 days parliament can push the bill through without approval of the senate?
How ever the Bill should reflect the advice and recommendations of the Senate in it's text.
The 180 day wait only applies if the senate reject the bill. If the senate amends the bill, it goes through 3 readings in the senate, and then the house can vote on the amended version immediately.
Or, excuse me as I am not to familiar with Westminster governments, they can refuse to accept or block the bill, in which case it is dead on arrival?

Can you say vindictive?
I am surprised he is not holding a small child in front of his beautiful mug to shield him from the shoes flying.

The money involved in this is astounding.
Two of my neighbours are paid 2000THB per day to attend this fiasco in BKK. 2000thb!!!!!!!
Wonder how many would show up if no money was paid and they went because they BELIEVED in this cause?
BS!

What a stupid statement by Yingluck: how can the Democrats fight this in Parliament with a PT majority and a biased chief whip?
That even needs to be said . Her past statements should be addiquate.

Not so, The people put them in power, and the people can take them outSeems like his 15 minutes of fame has gone to his head!!
You have a little amount of knowledge of today's political situation. Research and improve your critical thinking skills!

Like Crossy I smell a rat too.
This is just a devious tactic to try & get the protestors off the streets. Don't forget that Mr ear medicine has a couple of amnesty bills up his sleeve - which haven't yet been presented to the parliament. What has not yet been said by YL is that amnesty for Skyping bro is off the table.
Interesting article in the other paper saying that the Lawyers Council is currently translating the amnesty bill (the one before the Senate) for releasing to international media. It will demonstrate that PTP wants to absolve corruption, not only for Thaksin, but for thousands of cases currently with the NACC.
I do suspect that the protestors won't trust the government next time anyway.
Watch what the left had does while the right hand deals with this obvious mis direction!

Art cafe is owned by the same guy as hideaway I think. At hideaway, it's all I order. Good but, hollandaise sauce is broken 100% of the time. Still good but, not great.

When I first arrived over 4 years ago, I was lucky to discover the Jed Yod neighborhood. In particular the Karnkanok 3 condos. I lived in2 different condos there ( 1- 12k/ mos and 1 30k/ mos) for 2 years before seeing how would fair in the moo baan. Needless to say, I still miss that area and visit it often for a beer and a feed. This area is behind Wat Jed Jod. Recommended. Since then, I have faired well in the moo baans of Pimuck and now in Laguna in the San Sai area. Also very convienient and if need to hit brassiers to see Tuk play once in awhile, easy. Good life here and meets your requirements with amenities. Good luck and as one poster stated, no need to suffer. Just get out and rent here and there.

The rice harvest looks about 2-3 weeks away. Should be lots of tailings laying around in the fields. God only knows they will burn these in a few months

It all depends on luck if you get through with your HDD s, ,its best not
to be first through, wait till the officers are checking someone else's
bags, and nonchalantly stroll through, not making eye contact with
the officials. good luck.
regards Worgeordie
Yes, I have done this also on a few occasion and it works. However, the one time they did inspect me, they only wanted to scan the carry on as my monster suit case was just too heavy looking for them to bother with. Might be wise to put the HDs in the big case and carry the carry on in your left hand as you walk through hopefully, unmolested. X-ray machine will be on your left as you exit.
