Just had my son visit and he was kind enough to bring over a 10 lbs bag of the real masca flour. I know how to make the fillings but, where the hell can I get some corn husk!? Perhaps other tamale lovers could chime in on this wonderful winter time treat. I can't remember a Christmas in Texas without pigs head tamales

Although not digital, I would have to recommend the maps from the gt rider web site.

I'm with Bupa as well but I pay about 45,000 annually. Apparently it is the best plan they offer. The cost goes up for me once I hit 50, which just happened. I worry I may be over-insured and may start a new thread on that before renewing next February.
Yes I came to that conclusion as well. After one year I dropped down to the 2 million plan from the 5 million plan. I am 55 and pay about 45 k for this plan. Save about 10 k on this alternative.

Where did they break ground for RR #4? Thanks for the Cafe Dino rec, will take a look and a taste!
Check out the road that runs just north of green valley heading east over the river. Lots of prep being done and I have been told this will run all,the way to the new airport. I looked at some rice field land between doi saket and San Kampang. Surveys crews had already designated the route. According to the local amphu guy who was showing me the land. Needless to say, not interested in rice field at current prices. Will they go up or down is the question. Really missed the boat 4.5 years ago.

Great thai food at the caddy shack just before MJGC. Need to do some laps in the pool? The best pool in CM is MJU for 30 bht a day. Agree with mama mia for decent italian and i think best pizxa award merited. Cafe dino before rimping across from siam pool is also good. All in all, the growth today of CM seems to be moving this way. 4th ring road has broken ground and talk of a 5th ring road have driven the cost of land to an all time high.

Here is something you might not have known but, I find very helpful. Dukes will sell you there hotdog and hamburger buns. Just order a day before pick up. Absolutely the best. Can't seem to find nothing close for when I fire up the BBQ. By the way, anyone know where we can buy chick peas? Would love to make some hummus !

Go to shop right across from lanna cc. They did a good job on mine and a great selection of grips.

The usual answer, with which I agree whole-heartedly, is Vision Center in Rajvitthi Rd. It's near to the UN Irish Pub, same side but a little closer to Moon Muang.

thanks, I will need to use a fedx.dhl.ups option as the original doc. is needed ....
I use Landtech for my official , secured and legal docs. Very easy. I have done lease Agreements and sold property on the road with this software. Never had any problem with escrow officer or other agency.

Thanks for your feedback. I probably pay 50% of the sticker price. Does the car dealership provide financing assistance e.g., loan officer or do I apply for loan at my local bank?
Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
Try not to get upset when you figure out how they calculate loan payments. I had a fit but, was told this is the way they do it. No compounding of interest!

I ran into the same problem . I needed a affidavit letter prior to the 7th of DEc everything was booked solid. I emailed them and they got me right in . I have found them to be very helpful . But if you dont ask you wont get ...
I've tried twice now. All I get is a auto reply with links that lead to " file note found". I even used the email you pm'd me with. SOOL I guess!

shame you don't styand with us when we have a conflict, I mean a real conflict that is our business, like Falklands for example
Truly rich, coming from a Brit. Not because of past history alone, but, because you stand with us when we do invade! Thanks for the moral support, by the way. This from a country where the national sport is invading other countries and toppling legitimate governments to be replaced by American puppet governments. Methinks America should keep it's big mouth shut
Yes, an absolute crying shame that America stands up for nothing. Just ask the poor folks in the Philippines what we stand for. Or, for that matter, check out which nation in the whole of this world give the most aid to impoverish countries in need. Granted, our fed government is out of control but, you said "America" should shut it big mouth. I am an America and I take offence to your comment. I believe a suspension is in order!

That is not accurate, I've been to the Caesar Hotel restaurant several times and anchovies are a part of the original recipe. Interestingly though they do a wonderful thing, after the dressing is made they take all the croutons and dump them into the dressing bowl to soak up all the dressing. They also surprisingly still use bottom of the line Kraft parmesan, but it's still a slice of heaven.Actually, it turns out that the original Caesar's salad recipe did not include anchovies. Whatever anchovy flavor there was came from the Worcestershire sauce. I'm never going to trust again the author of post #15.
I concure as I too have had the salad in TJ's hotel. Anchovies rubbed into the bowl!

Thanks, plan B always a good idea.I realize that it's a big inconvenience, but if you really have to have the services sooner than you can get in CM you can travel to the Embassy in Bangkok. As of this posting there are still 91 openings for services on the three days that they are open during the first week of December.

Thanks for, this notification . I have never had a problem getting an appointment a few days out. Wow! I was lucky to get one for the 26 of dec. unfortunately my annual visa renewal appointment is on the 19 th. Anybody want to trade? Can I use the bank letter ONLY instead of the " stated income" letter from the embassy? . I do monthly allowances into my bank that exceed the nessasary amount.
Awaiting a reply and hopefully someone will trade dates with me. I really like to have both the embassy letter and the bank letter for CYA purposes.

They have many dates left , but my CNX flight wasnt the promotion price so i paid 665 Baht , coming back was on promotion , so was only 385 Baht. Will be using this company 100% at these prices. MASSIVE thanks to Thai Visa member BRMC who posted about this today (FRI). Guess i owe him a drink!!!

I am by no means an expert but, I heard it can lay dormant for up to 5 years!
Further more. Put a umbrella on it in the future for Christ sake. Note: a god one!
