Sounds a little kinky, innit?...
With your reward/punishment mindset you could make up some weird penalties for misbehave and rewards for obeying the law...

I would like to quote David's post here, maybe a personal trainer who comes at a fixed time to observe your exercise would be the way to go.Exercising with a friend ... the mutual commitment is the driving force.
Ask one of your mates to join in with your exercise program on a regular basis.
Maybe your Partner could join in?
If no Partner, then a Mate is the best option.
Good Luck with that ...

Sleep well and enough, have a coffee, than row....Doing it first thing in the morning is a good idea ...
... I don't do and won't do ANYTHING before breakfast and more importantly COFFEE!...
For me, things i dont like to do but have to, are done first. I cant motivate myself to do things i dont like, so i have to pull through; as earlier as better. First the work, than the pleasure.
With time passing by, your psychical/physical power to do the task diminishes..., i'm sure you know this all already.

Thank you for the info, would you please give a all clear signal when it looks good again?Just checked the water and it's coming out really dirty. Luckily, we have a whole house filter, so this is just the outlets for the garden.

Wake up half a hour earlier do your rowing still in a semi awaken state, be happy that you saved yourself one shower bec your morning shower and your after exercise shower is the same, go out for a relaxing walk to your prefered breakfast joint, enjoy.
If you are in the right mood, do a second rowing during the day.

Nurses...I have had reason to visit a family member in the big hospital in Chiang Mai. (Maharaj). I usually go for a break in the excellent coffee shop there. I think on about 4 occasions I have been sat there, and chatted up (in English) by some very attractive nurses. After a bit of "where are you from" etc chat, they usually float the question if I'm attached/married or not. I say I am, and they look crestfallen. It just strikes me that if I were a free agent, this would be a great place to break new ground. I'm sure within a day, one could fix a date. No problem.
after they realise that they can not pull a Doctor (most are gay or married to an other Doc or Pharmacist), they start to get desperate...

As mentioned above, it's the dirty water off and on for the next few days that doesn't sound good. We had that happen here a few months ago. Pure brown water and lots of sand.
Water still dirty?

Ah,
you edited it. So hubby had a project with ptt?
-
I've thought so, btw, you mixed up Phuea Thai Party with the Petroleum Authority of ThailandPTP, not Chula
-
Pardon me? What's on "hubby's resume"? ptt? Chula?
LOL, on the hubby's resume'
It's VERY helpful if you would like to work for ptt, that you come from Chula...ATF
Your fact simply isn't factual. Some companies even exclude CU and TU graduates from hiring practices.
If a company wants someone for a specific position they may favor grads from a specific university, such as BU for mass communications, or Silpakorn for the art department.

Looks more like the cheese is ON the sandwich;...Roastbeef, melted cheese and some tomatoes in a toasted sandwich.
the main reason why i don't like any food with cheese in/on it, in non cheese countrys, is, that the quality is so inferior. Tasteless melted plastic (sold as "Cheddar"), not my palate.

It's more, like 1000 kg.The springs, chassis, brakes and bed are designed to safely carry how much? 500 Kilograms? Probably less.
Every baht bus going over the hill into Jomtien is dangerously overloaded.
Does their insurance company know this?

Instinct = feeling= heart...go with your instincts not your heart.
Intellect = knowledge = brain

You exhibit horse hearts in your museums? Strange.I remember as a child seeing his heart in a Canberra museum. It was much larger than a normal horses' heart. The first time here hearing my wife describe lightning I didn't think about a connection, but the second wiki explanation I believe to be true. Thanks for the tips David.

Most employers prefer a BA as beginner. Master only makes sense in combination with work experience.
Master degree and no real work experience can be problematic...

Uupps, first i was reading: ...she's still wearing...Two years later ... she's still waiting ...

I was just wondering how comes than an apologist of some sort wouldn't show up yet, here we are.........
Yes it can happen, but when these things becomes a regular habit and whom bring it up is made to be the only real inconvenience , then i am afraid it's something really different from what you imagined, don't you think so?
One wonders why you always reach out for the longest Noodle known to mankind, next time try Maccheroni...
-
This can happen, no reason to get mental about it... op, you should take a deep look at your self, it's not normal to freak out over a few beetles in a pack of noodles you haven't bought.
Edit: Looking closer at your avatar; you seem to be overly hygiene - conscious, this roots maybe in a traumatic experience during your anal stage.

I just returned from a business trip abroad, brought my wife pearl earrings and three types of snacks. The snacks were gone within twelve hours. The earrings, she hasn't worn or said a word about.
Pearls are for women in their prime... this is even true in Thailand... Diamonds are a girls best friend...
Giving gifts is a minefield...

Did you ever try apple puree with your chips? Yummy! No need to bash the Dutch. They need sympathy instead. They put mayonnaise on their chips

Looks more like a drowning device for small mammals.
Not big enough for laundry.
Trip to/from the laundry?Welding schmelding ... what's up with those cheap plastic baskets the Russkie men carry on the baht buses?
Sent from my Lenovo S820_ROW using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
Something like this but more square edges:
The men are carrying.
Could it be pelmeni?

I once saw a semitic looking guy on a big bike crashing in the back of a songtaeo on 2nd road.
The bike was on the bed and the guy's head struck in the back window, dead for sure... luckily no passengers on board...

Was telling a Thai guy from your offer, he said at this size difficult for the palm to take root again.
Maybe a charcoal maker would take them from you.
