About Me

British Citizen, temporarily ( maybe) residing in Thailand. Interested in all things aviation related, living the quiet life in a semi rural location. Ex Military, Royal Air Force (Fast Jet, mud mover), then civil aviation with two Asian airlines, ATPL (GS 500, B744, B777 200/300, Training Captain), up until Covid struck, still with current licences and ratings. Married to my Thai wife of many years standing and with 3  grown up children. Interests also include historical research, aviation lecturing,  baking, and creative writing.
