What tyres come as stock on the bike? Any good?
I know most of the 150/250 hondas come with IRC tyres that are quite poor and often the first thing to be changed.
Does anyone know if the Rosso 2 would fit on this bike, they seem most recommended for similar models.
And how are your experiences with the bike so far?
Any issues or advice for a prospective buyer?
Sorry - don't know the make of tyres...feel ok to me, so won't be changing them until they wear out.....
did 100km on it today.....i'm impressed...it feels just the right size for me and the riding position is pretty much spot on (i'm not a fan of the "lean over" riding position)....plenty enough power for me and copes well with the traffic in and around Pattaya (had a 500X before and was way to much of a handful round town for me)...
No issues - its pretty darn good for the price and feels very well put together.

5 of us ate there again last night. Pate, prawns, pasta and omelette all excellent. Salads fresh. Quiche a tad bland and informed chef. Very quaffable carafes of wine. I still say it's very good value with inexpensive tasty French-style food.
You informed the chef that the Quiche was bland, ha ha, I bet he/she loved that.
Eaten there 3 times now, it's ok, but won't be bothering again. I think they are going to struggle now the initial 'euthoria' is wearing off.
yes, have to agree.....

no quite wierd....
went into the Honda dealers next to Honda Big Wing on the Sukomvit (Pattaya) this afternoon and they'd got just one 300F in there - apparently delivered earlier today...
I asked the sales lady how long the waiting list was and she said i could have that one....went and got the money and 30 mins later was riding it along the Sukomvit...
Quite surreal....

.........After 35 years of biking and 50 odd bikes under my belt, i'd go for a Honda CB300F over a Kawa Z250 or a
Keewaysorry Benelli BN300 any day of the week.....And when you come to sell.........well we all know a second Hand Honda will be high on a perspective purchaser's list....
-
Either PCX 150 or the new CB300F - both very user friendly and easy to nip in and out of traffic....

Over the last two months I have run all my 'machines' on both gasohol and benzene [a month at a time]
here's what I have found:
what colour anorak were you wearing ?
-
.....bloke down our way don't smoke.....
-
kawa z250 you get a twin cylinder engine and more power.
But as they say in Brierley Hill - "but it aye a Onda"
-
bloke down our way ain't a beginner and he's getting one......
-
Tought that all scousers had moved back home.
That could quite possibly be the winner of the "post of the month"...well done that man......

i thought for your 800,000 b it had to be "instant access" and a 1 year term deposit didn't qualify ?
is that true ??
No, All fixed rate deposits in Thailand can be cancelled by the account holder at any time, with the loss of interest paid.
Well you learn something new every day.........when i asked my bank if a 1 year fixed was "ok for retirement visa" - i was told "no" - so have had mine in current account earning no interest at all for the last 4 years....

The biggest I have seen here was nearly 300sqm and very nice it was too, complete with a private pool on the wrap-around terrace.
I was very tempted to take it myself but I probably would have felt a bit silly in it on my own.
Oh to be a shilling behind K K ..........

If all the thousands of "for-rent" motorbikes were removed from the areas around Beach Rd and 2nd Road there would be plenty of room for parking and stopping.
...Gets my vote for "post of the week"............

I have tried Ram Indian
Bloke down our way went there and said it was good...particularly liked their parting comment - "Ram bam, thank you man".......

.......i'm waiting till Jingy rocks up and gives two penneth............
Bloke down our way made the mistake of going to a recommended restaurant without getting the nod from Jingy and was sick as a dog all week.....
Why take the risk i say ?
