No need to name anyone, I am not an informer. Moreover, it happened end of last year. Long time ago.

The weirdo met the gang and started to talk bullsh1t and was a bit confused about his marital status, saying first that he was married and then that he wasn't, that he was wearing a ring to keep girls away from him but he really wanted to go out sometimes with us and blablabla ....

Then he started to hassle two girls and during a few days, called them days and nights, send emails, SMS... Both of them (he met them separatly but the very same night ) had said "no", but he wouldn't understand.

Finally, the other girls told him to back off and flamed him online and he finally let them go.

How a guy, who was not bad looking, in his early thirties, good job, earning good money can behave so weird towards women.

Lying to people is not the best way to make friends. Hassling them, neither...

i just didnt expected this to be a controversial subject guys.... i really want to hear pure english and talk to someone in english.... since there are lot of gays out here i didnt wanted any male company and invite trouble... i am straight and dont like to go to patpong or soicowboy for fun... i prefer to talk.. not date anyone... ok.... cool down guys.... thanks for all kind of comments....

You should have a look into the irish pubs. You must find plenty of farang girls.

Besides it, I would like to say that I disagree with the Dude when he says that you get shot by the farang girls of this forum when you meet them.

Only one, so far, has been asked not to contact us anymore because he was a typical WEIRDO.

I've been living outside of Bangkok for a few months now and head into the city on the weekends.  Where can a female go where you can meet some other foreign people, males and females, and where we don't have to hang around watching the Thai girls flirt with the men (don't mean to sound bitter, but I'm tired of it).

I experienced the same situation. After having used a subtle language, I had to tell the guy that I wouldn't see him nor pick up the phone until I feel he is over me.

Told him too that I was fed up of his attitude and there was no way I'd change my mind.

I am single for just a year now after an 18 months relationship.

the best expresso i had in Bgkk was in a French restaurant, called the indigo, silom, soi convent.

it's full of aroma, very tasty and of course you drink it far too fast. better to order another one, and then, another one and so on....

Brit, Also got to say that a few men who wouldn't normally approach me in the west found no problem doing so (in a blunt manner) when I was in LOS & then were incredulous when I refused their advances stating that they normally wouldn't try with me in the west but thought they stood a better chance in LOS as there were so many women around they could pay for that they thought I would be flattered. AS IF. If I don't fancy someone then no amount of drinks, offers of dinner or crap chat up lines will make me like them more & so what if there are bars full of gorgeous thai women that they could go with, the fact of the matter is, I give mine for free & therefore can afford to give it to a guy I fancy.

We have never talked how the Farang girls feel towards Asian women.

Do we hate them because they have more success than us?

I have been in Thailand for almost a year now and I have both Farang and Asian girlfriends.

I have never felt we were in competion on the men question.

Both of races have relationship problems with their men.

Both races are cheated on by their men.

My girlfriends and I, when we meet, instead of fighting because the Asian have more success than the others, we help each other to solve our men problems.

Why do we get along together so well instead of fighting for the men?

Are we more clever than the guys who want us (Farang girls) to think that we should hate you?

I wouldn't generalize about the men of this forum.

I have met some of these guys and only 2 of them misunderstood my intentions, friendship and nothing else.

For the others, they all have been nice to me, I keep seeing some of them on regular basis. (I wish I could see ALL of them but there are only 24 hours/day )

To conclude, I don't understand why the girls of the forum say that the men are hostile towards us. Maybe I am lucky but I have never met any of them.
