They tried to get Wenger in 2000 but the club blocked it.
He's out of contract in the summer.
Willing to bet they've already been in touch. -

Well that was just like rolling the clocks back twelve months wasn't it!! I wonder what Claudio Ranieri thought of that performance?
Probably unprintable.

And there you have it, title winning manager sacked 7 months into next season at a club that should never have won the league. Still well in CL and should survive EPL. Mad tines
Sorry mate but they were going down. Not that they won't anyway, but Leicester aren't Burnley.
Got above themselves.

Why do birds suddenly appear......

Well that was just an appalling performance.
Surely his days are numbered now.

Not sure if you read the bbc article analysis I posted but from being the most complete team last year - think we can all agree that while they have some decent individuals it was the team ethic that won them the Premier - and you take out one individual and now they can't score can't defend.
There is a lot more wrong with that team than one absent player.

I haven't applied for my visa yet, but I have tickets BKK-Mandalay-Bagan-Mandalay-CNX and a couple of hotel bookings, so it's not really a round trip; having said that, I don't expect any bother.

In Chiang Mai, pretty much every restaurant smoking area is outside. I can't think of one restaurant that allows smoking inside. And if you go into any mall, there is absolutely no smoking inside anywhere. So it's pretty easy for non-smokers to stay away from smokers. All I ask is...what's the problem?
Slightly different in Pattaya though.
However, I think it should be up to the business owner. If he thinks he's losing custom by allowing smoking, he should have the right to ban it, and vice versa.
It's up to the customer to choose places they like, whether it's because of the establishments smoking policy, music volume, furniture or food quality.
No-one is making you sit near smokers, if you do it by choice then S.T.F.U. -
Try Uber or Grabtaxi.

If you are from the UK it is a relatively simple matter to change your name by deed. You can then get a new passport and start your life again. I had a friend in a similar situation some years back and he has had no problems. Just keep yourself squeaky clean once you return. GL
One assumes that you still have to provide your birth certificate with a new passport application.
I believe that lying on a passport application is a criminal offence, so your squeaky clean has gone right there.
I fear the OP can do nothing more than write polite letters to Immigration and the Thai Foreign ministry asking for sympathy.

Until you have a completely reliable judicial system, the death penalty must be off the table.
I'd suggest you read up on John Christie.
They hung the wrong man for murders he committed. -
Happens here in the sandpit too.
I ordered several dishes at a local restaurant and you can see the kitchen, so I saw them start cooking them. In came an Arab gentlemen and his typical large family who ordered enough food to feed the 5,000, at which point they dropped everything and started cooking his order instead.
After five minutes, I could see they were not making any attempt at finishing my order, so I told them I wasn't prepared to wait if they were going to serve people who came in after me, and started walking out.
Amazingly they expected me to pay for the bits they'd already cooked.
Unamazingly, I told them to f--- off. -

I think there must be an exception in the law for Japanese and Koreans in Go-Gos. Read it again! : )
I think there is an exception where there is money to be made.
Try Ho Chi Minh. It's hard to find anywhere where there is someone not smoking! -
Fortunately there are plenty of indoor restaurants that simply ban all smoking inside. I don't see why the antismoking mafia can't just use those and stop their moaning, but I guess that moaning is part of the daily life of the retired expat.

So that must somehow make your self diagnosis even more accurate.

Video it, post it on social media and let the "outraged Thai netizens" do their worst. They'll have the torches and pitchforks out in no time.
Clearly the bloke gets off on doing it, it is weird behaviour anyway you slice it.

I've never once been asked to show cash. Everyone has plastic these days.
Mind you I've never been asked to show plastic either.
Where does this concern come from?
