many Westerns countries now have provisions in their national that allow their citizens to be prosecuted for sexual exploitation of minors. Pink card does not show nationality. It shows you are a foreigner with the first digit, next numbers show the province, than the amphur, etc.

Doesn't look like it as they don't seem to mention it, but the only one who can tell you is the Krusapa itself. Note that you will still need to do the teachers exam from the kurusapa itself and that is no picknick in the park.

As a teacher I help my students cross the road almost every day because it is very dangerous. Yes, there are those who don't stop for police or see others stopping and just take the opportunity to put the pedal to the metal. In fact I am glad there no longer is a police officer at our school, as when I am alone the drivers tend to stop more. And after 3 years doing this many locals now the drill when they see me and tend to slow down by themselves. Now there are on avarage only 3 dangerous situation a week.
