Malaysian tourists hurt in Prachuap Khri Khan crash

Seven Malaysian tourists returning from Cambodia were injured when their SUV ran off the road in Prachuap Khiri Khan’s Bang Saphan Noi district on Saturday.

 

Police said the accident happened at 11.30 am on the southbound Phetkasem road in Tambon Sai Thong.

 

The tourists were rushed to Bang Saphan Noi Hospital.

 

They were identified as Mohd Isa Bin Abdul Ghani, 44, Rafidah Binti Ismail, 42, Wan Rosilawati Binti Wan Hashim, 33, Muhammad Loqman Bin Mohd Isa, 11, Muhammad Nor Hakim Bin Mohd Isa, 9, Ainul Mardhiah Binti Mohd Isa, 7, and Ainulmawaddah Binti Mohd Isa, 2.

 

The SUV was being drive by Rafidah at the time of accident.

 

She told police that she was returning from Poipet and was heading to Songkhla’s Sadao district to cross the border, but she dozed off.
