My Thai Girlfriend And Her Daughter

Featured Replies

My Gf's then 16 year old daughter visited Bangkok for the first time 3 years ago, and it was a pleasure for me to take her sightseeing here, except for one thing:

We got a lot of looks of the 'look at the farang with the young chick' type, some might enjoy this, I didn't. To the point when I thought I made a mistake taking her along for doing business.

She is now living with us and studying, and people in the area know who we are. But we rarely go out together without 'mom', it is really embarrassing for her as well. On the occasion of extending my visa, got pulled aside and questioned, me in English and her in Thai, very polite, though, and in a way, I am glad police/immigration do take an intrerest.

Anybody with similar experiences?

I stayed at a high class hotel in BKK with my wife and some of her family. In the AM I woke up

starving and went quiclky down to the complimentary breakfast. As I left, my wife

asked me to take her 10 year old niece down with me. She was really shy

and I held her hand as we walked into the huge crowded dining area.

So we make our way over to the guy who cooks up the custom omelettes.

The guy looked at me and the girl and boy he looked like he wanted to kill me.

We sat down and everyone was staring at me. It even got quiet. I am thinking

what the heck is going on. Even the end of shift BG snared at me as she ate

with her long time.

Then my wife comes in and sits down next to me. A huge sigh of relief from

the crowd and things went back to normal.

But you can appreciate just how it looked to your ' audience '

The amount of saddo's in the world have turned everyone into a potential Paedophile or potential judge/jury. I had some "looks" when walking around with my 13 year old Thai stepson and 5 year old son ( luk-krung) in different parts of Thailand last summer.

If you saw me in person I am not the type that the faint hearted would want to disrespect ,( ie I look a thug, slightly..)

Yet I still received "looks". What can you do? :o

better by the dozen...I have been up and down soi nana with two nieces 10 and 14 years and apparently no one would believe that a pedo would promenade with two chickens as we were cool, they hit off of each other as cousins do such that the fat falang was cool.

One niece in tow then no good...two to infinity then OK....

  • 2 weeks later...

My wife was Japanese and died a few years back. I was left with two very pretty but asian looking daughters. Well my oldest at 14 but looking 18 or 19 talked me into buying her some bras at Victoria's Secret.

So the sales girl is giving me the eye and my daughter catches this and says,'Honey, you have to buy something for your wife!"

Thought the sales girl was going to shit a brick.

A few minutes later my daughter says, "he's my father, ######." to the girl.

:o
