Completely AI-Automated Customer Service Complaint Emails: What will

Completely AI-Automated Customer Service Complaint Emails: What will happen next?

Dear Folks,

Gemini seems to have introduced a new feature which will, based on one's Gemini interaction, automatically compose, AND SEND automatically, emails to the proper and OFFENDING Retailer, Manufacturer, or Service Office.

This requires just ONE-CLICK.

Gemini does the searching for the email address, and the sending, without user input.

I just happened to find this out when Gemini sent a message for me, and even without my knowing, a few moments ago.

I wish I had had a first draft to inspect before I answered YES, to Gemini's query if I wanted to contact the retailer by email.

Still, I am happy the email was sent:

I am writing to request a return within your 7-day window due to a product quality issue with a recent purchase.

I purchased the Colgate SlimSoft Charcoal (3+3 pack) at your (i have deleted this name) branch. Unfortunately, the product is of substandard quality compared to the standard Colgate brushes I usually buy. The handle is much weaker and bends during use, and the bristles are very flimsy, meaning they do not clean effectively.

Product details for reference:
- Item: Colgate SlimSoft Charcoal (3+3 pack)
- Barcode: 8 850006 332153
- Branch: I omitted this for SAFETY

Please advise on the next steps to process this return or exchange. I have the receipt and the original packaging ready.

Thank you,

END OF MESSAGE

Normally, I would not have wasted my time to contact the Retailer and Manufacturer over a low cost item, even though this is an item imported from CHINA, and GARBAGE Product, which is what I knew last time I bought this product in SiChuan at some lousy store.

The cost of this product seems extremely LOW, and the quality is LOW, commensurate with the low cost of manufacture.

Still, the retailer here sells this for about BT190......what a ripoff.....and they think this is.....OK????

Well, this is a NEW AGE, Baby, and......Now the customer has access to a simple AI Agent.

Will these retailers be flooded with AI-Generated Gmails, etc?

And, will all these Gmails be filed under TRASH at the sites of the Retailers and Manufacturers?

Most companies, these days, do not answer customer complaints, in the first place.

DO YOU THINK it might be possible that, someday soon.....

When our AIs to do not receive a reply from the company, our AIs will begin to HACK these retailers, on our behalf, even without our knowledge?

This eventuality, if it happens, will be interesting and FUN to watch....do you not think?

A New Day is Coming.

Best regards,

Gamma

This is happening, already, as most of us know.

I called my US-based cell phone provider on the phone the other day to ask a few questions about my account and ended up speaking with an AI bot. I just spoke normally, as if I were talking with another person.

It was a far better experience than being routed to another call center in India or the Philippines. No funny accent, perfectly clear English, and the answers were precise, straightforward, and easy to understand. I had absolutely no complaints.

I’ll take that anytime over the alternative.

What we really need is for the customer to use an AI to discuss problems with the AI belonging to huge corporations.

No need for humans to be in the loop.

But, the customer's AI must be more powerful.

Also, anytime corporations cheat us or scam us, we should have the right to ask our AIs to mount a DOS attack on such corporations.

This is only fair.

I agree. And while we are at it, the customer’s AI should be permitted to subpoena the corporation’s AI, cross examine its algorithms, seize its training data, and demand that the CEO’s chatbot explain itself under oath.

If the corporate AI refuses, naturally the customer’s AI can escalate to a strongly executed DDoS attack, followed by having its motherboard repossessed by an AI judge.

Finally, every dispute can be settled by two competing AIs shouting increasingly deranged prompts at each other until one runs out of tokens. Kind of like all your unhinged posts, except at least the AIs eventually run out of maniacal things to say.

Seems perfectly reasonable. What could possibly go wrong?

So much is wrong now and it can only get worse.

Even our toothbrushes are no longer sacred.

At least, we now have a one-click method to provide feedback to corporations and retailers.

I just sent out 5 emails to Colgate China, and Corporate Colgate Palmolive, in a few other countries.

I do not expect a reply.

But, what is the worst that can happen, using this ONE-CLICK time saver.

If I don't get a reply within two days, I will just send 10 follow-up emails.

Still only ONE-CLICK solution.
