PM told Toon Body Slam not to be bothered with criticism: Lt-Gen Sansern

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has given moral support to rocker Toon Body Slam for the latter’s 2,191-km charity marathon run to raise fund for 11 hospitals.

 

Government spokesman Lt-Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd told the media on Sunday that the prime minister gave blessing and expressed good wish to Toon or Arthivara Kongmalai and told him not to be bothered with the criticism against his planned charity run.

 

He quoted the prime minister as saying that anyone who want to do good deeds that will benefit the public and will not cause any harm or damage needs not have to wait for someone to force him/her to do the good deeds.

Sounds like a Looney Tune cartoon, how apropos. 

 

Seizing power from an elected government without due process and installing a military lead autocracy to reinstall democracy for a second time.  That should be considered looney.  

 

Police reform in Thailand will probably never happen.  The best one could hope for is that high ranking positions are no longer for sale, but that is all you can hope for after nine months.

So sad... why Charity?! is the government that poor? (rhetorical question, i know they are not...)

Glad to see that pm ENDORSES this Pop Star but ,  HE ( PM )  is unable to understand that spending Billions on old outdated DEFENCE EQUIPMENT INSTEAD OF HEALTH WILL NOT  ASSIST IN THIS HEALTH FINANCIAL SHORTFALL, rather shows a complete lack of care of the Population generally. .

Does Toon Body Slam "twerk?"

The title ought perhaps to say  "not to be bothered  by  criticism", not "with criticism" which suggests something entirely different ?

Sound advice, from a man never bothered by criticism.
