Thai son needs to scan pages, sentences etc., in English textbooks etc., and, if possible, quickly translate to written Thai for own use and to prepare student handouts in Thai.

 

Any suggests of equipment or phone apps to do this much appreciated.

Different point - looking for opinions on best translation sites to insert highlighted English in the box and translate to Thai.

 

Google translate is the obvious example but I've heard that nowadays there are other sites with much better translation capabilities.

If you have an Android or iOS device, then Google Translate allows you to take a 'picture' of English text and will OCR then Translate into other languages, like Thai.
