A TEEN axe attacker injured several people before being shot by police and arrested, authorities have said.

A 17-year-old Latvian national swung out at passersby in the Swiss village of Flums before fleeing in a stolen car.

The unnamed attacker crashed and was chased on foot to a petrol station where he attacked motorists before being felled by an armed cop. He was taken to hospital with a gunshot wound and later arrested.

Of African or muslim descent  ?

Wonder if his name is Eugene??? (for the cognoscenti)

German language media claims the arrested guy's first name is Sasha, with a profile on a Russian social media site where he lists interests in extreme violent fantasies
