Bridge swept away in Chiang Mai floods Picture: Daily News Dramatic footage from the north of Thailand showed a road bridge being swept away in Chiang Mai floods. Logs in swirling brown flood waters after all day heavy rains meant the end for the bridge in the Ban Huay Thong area of Sanpathong district. Boonsri Sriboonma posted the mobile phone video on Facebook calling out in anguish as the bridge collapses. peperobi Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 Is not only the water, a lot of peoples cut the trees near the river and let it next to the river, the water takes it and that becomes an obstacle that helps the water to be more strong.
