Rocker Artiwara Kongmalai, aka “Toon Bodyslam” finished the fourth day of his 2,191-kilometre run for charity amid heavy rains in Yala before dawn on Saturday (Nov 4).

 

He and his team began running at 5.15am in front of the boys’ orphanage in Yala town amid cheers from local residents and officials.

 

His charity run has so far raised 73,577,381.66 million baht in donations as of 8pm on Saturday, which is the fourth day of his 55-day run.

Just a reminder to the government that this money is for the hospitals not for any whim that takes your fancy.

He is a clever cookie; making a political statement without talking politics. Even the PM has felt the need to praise him publicly. It would be churlish not to.

It takes a thai rock star to raise funds for hospitals shamefull 

But hey the government has more important things to build like cycleways
