Opticians At Mbk

I used 'your opticians' a few times on the ground floor but this week tried the one next door called eye lab express, wish I had stayed with the first one. After collecting from eye lab saw there was a crack in one lens so took them stright back. Was told to come back tomorow even though the whole job had only taken an hour. Went back next day was told come back yet again today as the lens had to be ordered. On going in just now he had not even started and seem to get a lens out of the stock draw, does the job in 10 minutes. Crap service from poor workmanship which we seemed to get punished for -back to yours optical next time, the guy was really rude, but funnily enough they seem all smiles when handing cash over TIT
