How can I add my partner on my non B visa? We are not married but we have a baby together.

A family member cannot be added to a non-b visa entry. It is possible if you have an extension of stay based upon working issued at an immigration office

You must be legally married to your partner for her to get an extension based upon yours. Your child can get one though.
