Ever wondered what you're eating, when the butcher sells you a "rib roast" or a "rolled blade roast"? Actually, it seems they make it up as they go along. Here's a site to play with. Tells you exactly what you are eating.....including all the BS names. :D:o

Just left-click all the various muscles in the pictures....and on the carcase on the left. Great fun. Now I need to find a similar site on kangaroos, for Maizefarmer. :D :D

This is great. I love the 3D rotation part but......I still can't find the tenderloin :-(

Haha...Somtham, on the opening page click on cross-section "I". Then left click on the muscle on the top left of the picture...voila!

Ooooooooooooooooooooooo there's the T-bone with the tenderloin on the left. I want some.

Nothing like a good ol' T bone in the tenderloin to brighten up the evening....
