sfokevin Posted January 6, 2018 Share Posted January 6, 2018 (edited) I have internet thru Sinet... my prepaid one year contract will end soon and I noticed their offices in Hang Dong and Big C are closed?... Are they still in business to extend my service?... Their internet has been great - Has anyone seen a office still open in one of the malls? NancyL Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 I was in this same position a few months ago when our one-year contract was up and I knew they'd closed their kiosk at Kad Suan Kaew. Their English-language website is bad, but I found a customer service number on the paperwork I'd signed when I started the Sinet service. The English-language CSR was helpful and told me about their new locations in Chiang Mai. I went to the desk in Maya Mall to renew for another year.
