Anyone have any recommendations on buying something;  a on the road 2 wheel device requiring Chonburi registration; but the seller  does not follow thru. 

They want full money on delivery but no paperwork showing any title/registration change nor in progress.

I will not pay without proper paperwork and  standard guidelines-procedure  by Chonburi registration.

Who might assist with the process to get my deposits back ? 

 

How much are your deposits? How much will you pay for assisting in the return of the deposit? How much is the total price of the vehicle?

Do the exchange at the transport department.

Have the bike inspected and then transfer ownership to your name.

Hand money over.

 

Expect several hours and don’t forget your documents, passport, Residence Certificate etc.
