Sir Dude
"Captain" is a very loosely thrown around title in such places. How about investigating him and seeing if he was legally entitled to be doing what he was doing with the right licenses etc.? Pfft...load of <deleted>. TallGuyJohninBKK
Sorry the guy got burned. But in addition to the social welfare folks, he OUGHT to be getting a visit from the useless police to investigate him for who knows what variety of misdeeds and potential offenses that led up to and caused the explosion and fire. BTW, I've never met or seen a Thai speedboat operator, especially in those parts, who deserved to be called a maritime "captain."
