Extension of stay Non-O Thail child

Hello Everyone,

so I went to go get my 3 month non-o for having a thai child,

my question is, when I go to get the extra 60 day extension at immigration.

can I then go back and get the year extension during the last 30 days or does it have to be within the first 3 months?

No problem to apply for the one year extension during the last 30 days of the 60 day extension.

I assume you are aware that you must be the legal father of your child by way of marriage or legitimization to apply for the one year extension.
