I had to do a double-take when I saw the THB/USD rate flash by on CNBC this morning. It's at 35.8 and CNBC showed the delta from the previous close at +2.1 baht/dollar.

Anyone know what's going on with that? I'm sure I have never seen such a dramatic change in one day.

It seems that until the market is opening in Thailand, they show the off-shore rates.

I wouldn't mind it going back to 45-46baht/$ again, since my wifes familys company is in exports...and the strong baht is really killing the economics.
