If anybody has any suggestions where to find a doctor or hospital that can diagnose this it will be much appreciated. Assuming you want something in Asia the best bet is either 1) Shin-Ichi Osada Department of Dermatology Nippon Medical School, 1-1-5 Sendagi Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113-8602, Japan Tel: +81-3- 5814-6254 Email: [email protected] or 2) National Skin Center in Singapore, one of these doctors: Dr Wong Siew Ngoh Assoc.
