Need to have an ultrasound on a lump as well as a biopsy.

Money is not a problem, but good care and experienced doctors a must.

For something like this, you are well advised to go into Bangkok. There are some good hospitals on the Thonburi side of the river. The very best being Siriraj which has a private wing
