Hi. Does the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs have any local offices or is there only the one in Bangkok?

My friend who lives near me in Khon Kaen needs to get his "permission to marry" form from his embassy authorised by the ministry and would like to save a journey. Lazy bugger!

Thanks for any info.

theres one in Hatyai to my knowledge...but thats of no help to your friend in khonkaen I suppose :o
