90 day reporting

Featured Replies

I am confused! (doesn't take much)

I went to the new immigration office yesterday for the first time.
in at 9:20 and out 10 minutes later, was one piece paper short and had to go home to get (26 kilometers via walking and Yellow bus, each way).

Back at 1:20 after lunch, tried to get Medical Extension (as have all year)  but told cannot do and must leave Country by Nov 25 as doctor gave medical for only one month and dated certificate Oct25 instead of Nov 9th as asked, But I didn't notice.

But my question concerns the 90day reporting, the notice in my passport says Nov 17th for this, I tried to also do this yesterday but was told comeback after get back from getting visa (25th from Laos, setv probably)

This is however after the 17th, so will I be charged as immigration told me to come later?

(Recovering from stroke, hence Medical Extension)

Thank You.

Somewhat confusing.

However, you have 7 days after the due date to make a 90 day report, but just takes you to 24th.

If immigration are saying report after you return  that is correct but the 90 days only starts when you return to Thailand so not a problem.

What type of "visa" are you on currently?
